The gates are all broken. Random creepy men walk through the courtyards at night. Laundry mats are used by the homeless and the residents are blamed for it.

I Had a problem with my sink back in June my sink was clogging up and a very hard working dude named Ulises had came the next day in a heartbeat to fix our sink. Still see him around till this day working hard.

Great staff! Everyone's been amazing to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful. The apartments are great, newly renovated. Would recommend!
