“Nice neighborhood. Exterior and interior are modern and upscale. Kali Sargent, the assistant manager did a wonderful job in making the move in process quick and simple. She held packages for me when I was still out of state. The team at Skystone also takes care of repairs or concerns in a timely manner, often same day. It has made living here a delight and the out of state transition smooth.”
“I’ve had a great experience with my landlord, Tomas. From the very beginning of my move-in process, he has been extremely helpful and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly and that I felt comfortable settling into my new place.
When I ran into an issue with my dishwasher leaking, Tomas was quick to respond and really proactive about resolving the situation. He made the process stress-free by arranging to have the old dishwasher replaced with a brand-new one, which I really appreciate.
Overall, Tomas has been a very reliable and supportive landlord, and I’m grateful for how responsive and helpful he has been throughout my time here.”
“Over 200 residents living here and only 3 dryers work and maybe 2 washers . Get them fixed . Don’t just say it’s going to be something you will consider fixing . As for the gym a few pieces of equipment don’t even work . Again don’t just take it in consideration but fix the problems or issues….. other than that staff and maintenance is very kind.”

The neighbors are very friendly. When my friends come over to visit they are very impressed of these apartments. We are very grateful that we live in this apartment. Thank you to the owners and staff for the beautiful apartment to live in.”
“Changed management as of December 20 2021 (do not contact Elevated Management or the numbers listed here on google). Only provided notices on the door. We signed a lease Dec. 1st and were not told of the up coming change in management. Not too happy with the bait and switch, hope that my year long rental insurance purchased through them is still good. Good price and location so far, no idea if there will be a rent increase with the new company. As cosigner I am disappointed in the communication, wish they would have provided more details in their portal.UPDATE: 1/21/21. So far the new management company Deacon is pretty good. They set up the portals as quick as a single person could do, and were very friendly on the phone. So I am bumping up the star to reflect their service so far.”

“I moved here in December of 2020. The building has controlled access and many amenities. The grounds are very well kept and the building is well maintained. I like the convenient location with many grocery stores and eating establishments located near by. It's a 55 and older community and much quieter than my last apartment. There's an indoor heated pool and nice courtyard within the confines of the building. They have laundry facilities located throughout the building and the mail boxes are located indoors also. I had placed my name on a waiting list and waited for near 1 year before the unit I moved to was available. I needed a ground floor unit as I am disabled. It was very much worth the wait. I love it here. This place is a very good value for the price. Very happy here”

“This Place is beautiful and full of beautiful people. If you’re not beautiful and you’re an op tryna stop us from blooming, please leave. I am staying here and there is nothing you can do to fool me into believing I am not. Thank you Ms./Mrs. Salazar for going above and beyond to allow me to live here. I have ptsd and mental conditions that make me loud sometimes but I do not hurt people unless they hurt me and it is unwarranted. Beautiful carpet and beautiful scenery. All the People are friendly here and take care of each other.”
“This place has been great for myself, my s/o, and our dog, renting a 2br, 1ba apartment on a 2nd floor. As long as rent doesn't get too much more expensive, or hopefully drops a little, we'll probably renew again.
Pros: the maintenance team ROCK! We've never gone more than 2 business days without an issue being addressed. We had an AC issue addressed next day, and a Dishwasher issues addressed within 2 days. The office is consistent with communication by emails at minimum, and they seem to have a community event or two go on seasonally.
Cons: No true cons to say that would be in control of the complex. Parking can be a minor gripe at times, so I recommend taking parking distance in mind if looking for a place here. Other thing is that Amazon tends to be hit or miss with deliveries, wickedly their vendor/3rd party delivery people.. have had two exclusive in last three months where deliveries were never recirculation and/or packages mis- delivered were left at our door opened and given to us only after the wrong recipient found our order useless or no value to them.. so make sure your deliveries get manual delivery instructions... but again, that's not on the compress, just crud neighbors not being considerate.
Overall, great place to live, a Lil pricey but it's been worth it for us. World recommend. ??
EDIT 12/31/25: We renewed to stay another year here, we've been pleased so far with the first year. I know others have reported bug problems, or leaks or other issues.. realistically, you'll always find problems at any place you go. For us in the same 2br, 1ba, 2nd fl apt, we've never had bug issues, no water issues, any heat/ac issues were resolved within same or next day at latest, maintenance guys are always nice and get fixes resolved the first time. Rent stayed same for the apt, $1630/mo, keep in mind we have pets) but who's not over-priced right now? The area itself is great to be for location to just about anything you need. Only issues we've had are issues the apartment can't really control like lazy tenants who won't pick up their own dog waste, or cars that speed through & rev their engines later at night. Still recommended, ESPECIALLY compared to other apartments nearby, if you can afford the higher cost for rent.”
“We recently helped our daughter move out of Mountain Run Apartments, and I wanted to take a moment to express how grateful we are for the wonderful experience we had throughout the entire process.
Maria, and Lawrence were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They made the move-out process very clear and straightforward by providing all the information we needed. including what charges could potentially apply at move-out. They answered every question we had with patience and professionalism, which made the experience much less stressful for her.
This was our daughter’s very first apartment, and from day one, the staff at made it a positive experience. Yes, there was a small charge at the end, but that’s simply part of apartment living, and it was explained clearly beforehand so there were no surprises.
It’s honestly disappointing to see such a well-maintained property with such caring and hardworking staff receive unfair criticism. This team truly puts in a lot of effort, and it shows.
We highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place with professional, attentive, and compassionate staff. Thank you again to Maria and Lawrence for all your help and support throughout this process.”

“Consider: Pocket doors for bathrooms and closets would create much more usable space by eliminating doors that swing open against the walls. Because they slide into the wall, pocket doors maximize floor space, improve furniture placement, and provide a cleaner, more modern look that fits well with these apartments.”
“I lived in the Aspen apartment for 3 years and I loved ever second if it. The area i was in was so quiet and my neighbors were so friendly. The office staff (Megan, Alicia, zaylah) were super friendly and helpful and the maintenance guy Zach was very quick and knew what he was doing. Would definitely recommend”
