Had a dead fly in my burrito bowl when I got home to open and eat it is when I discovered it after my third bite was disgusted a dead fly intact and took it back immediately when upon arrival and approached about my order having a dead fly the girls went to the back to get the manager and came back out with 6 other employees to approach me about it they basically tried to scare me with all of there attention towards me like if I was in the wrong and when I asked for a refund to basically just get my money back to eat somewhere else because I just wanted to eat after a long day they completely ignored me and gave me a dirty look all of them and had the main older lady basically talk down to me as if I was dumb and said yes I can remake your order if you like ....with same food i got the dead fly in I refused looked at them dumb and said I'm so disgusted I could never eat Chipotle again after being asked to eat the same food it was last served a dead fly in I hope you get better employees cause I feel disgusted by the way I was treated

Food was good but looked like hadn't been freshen up. Went about 630 pm was my first time going the server that I first talking to was not very happy.

Ordered DoorDash with my boyfriend. When we received our food I took one bite from the burrito and couldn’t even bite into it. Pulled out a big piece of chunky fat that was not eatable. Went through the rest of my burrito to see if it could be saved and there were a few pieces of meat left half the burrito was veggies and beans and rice after pulling that piece out. The rest of the meat I thought was savable was just as chewy and gross and couldn’t even eat my food which really sucked. The people working and making the food had to have seen the food they were serving which is unacceptable and really sucks that they’d not even care enough to serve us that nasty food.

This place has really gone down hill the past few months. We use this location a few times a month and have had great experiences majority of the time but the last few months have sucked. Tonight was the last straw for us with this location. They again got our orders wrong. Was missing a ton of items and toppings from our bowls. Only thing they got right was the chips and drinks. Stay away until they start pulling their heads out and start caring about their work. Also customer support on the app is about as bad.

Went to eat there with a friend. He ordered a bowl, double the meat, and I ordered the burrito. I like it because you can build both the way you like it.The crew on shift was really nice and helpful. It was not too busy and the dining area was clean. Good for a quick bite.

It was very tasty today. I have just started going to Chipotle recently because someone had told me that it was like an expensive Taco Bell. I would have to say however that it is way better than that and wish I had eaten there sooner. Also at the Juan Tabo location there is hardly ever really a line. They seem to move through it quickly when there is.

The second order I've placed that has had multiple items missing from multiple entrees & some extra items or substitutions made that I didn't ask for. Highly disappointed In this particular location at Juan Tabo & Lomas.

Paid about 20$ for a bowl and chips and guacamole. After a long day I'm not trying to go back for ingredients that was suppose to be in my bowl. Small portion some ingredients missing from my bowl.

Pick a different Chipotle. This location frequently gets online orders incorrect or misplaces and loses your pickup order. If you try to correct that and pickup in store the portions are small, the food is dull, and the service is rushed. Found hair in food multiple times. The list goes on..

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through to get my food. People inside taking their sweet old time ignoring the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous.
