Great place to get the heart rate up and burn some calories. Has perks that other gyms may not. Only complaint is that there are times you have to be patient to use the space/ eqpt but tbh I don't think that's something they can fix.

Super crowded all the time. I wish they would go back to pre COVID hours and stay open 24hrs. It was nice going to workout at 2am.

Decent gym but Way too crowded. The winrock parking lot has been reduced by construction which has created a parking nightmare. The gym is nice but the men's locker room is way too small.
