I went up there this morning to get some hot cocoa. I asked the guy is the cocoa machine out. He tells me it’s unplugged and didn’t do anything so I don’t know if people are high if they’re drunk if they don’t wanna do any customer service at all, but it would be nice if they can just put an out of order on the machine, but I would appreciate if you train your employees to have customer service instead of not doing anything at all

Apparently they no longer do the buy 2 monsters and get 1 free and yet they still have the sign up they need to take it down i know a few people who went in to get some monsters only to be told that they no longer do the buy 2 amd get 1 free, lazy ass employees need to take it down.

They see one customer at a time and take 10 minute breaks between customers. Come on guys. A little quicker would be nice.

The cashier is obviously on drugs or drunk. She was slurring her words was super slow and could barely stand up.

I paid with my credit card for the car wash and sat there for five minutes and it never told me to go forward although it said it was in use on the machine. I finally called and the gentleman came out and all he did was turn it off and told me to go in and get a refund. Then the cashier refused to credit me for the $14. I actually paid unless I talked to the guy that I had just talked to so I had to go dispute it with Discover card. Meanwhile, another female cashier was to the left of me, laughing as if she thought the whole thing was funny.

Always friendly in the mornings and on the evenings that I go. Food is hot in the mornings, and the coffee is always good. Fast and friendly and if u can't find what u want in circle k mc Donald's is attached
