I wish they would have a -⭐ because that's what I would give them. RUDE ABSOLUTELY RUDE. Don't get their donuts it shows 2 for 2.99 or 1 for 1.69 and that's for all on the bottom. Nope this RUDE lady said 2.29 I showed her it said 1.69 and it was there and she goes it rung 2.29 that's the cost I was like no miss is shows 1.69 again being very rude she said NO do you want it I said no and put it back. They are ripping off people. Please look at the prices before you buy and watch what price it comes up. Oh yeah they won't price match at all.

I just wanted to say, this was the worst, circle k with their cash register. My friend went inside to pay for some cigarettes and gas, at 8:40 am Mon, August 5. My friend had a coupon for 6.15$ for the cigarettes she wanted to buy, and this lady was being rude, she didn't wanna scan the coupon. She had also made excuses not scanning the coupon. She was only able to pay for gas. This is not how a cash register is supposed to act in front of their customers.

There are very few staff here that are somewhat decent to customers. I don’t mean “not friendly,” I mean that a lot of your staff make customers feel like it’s they’re an inconvenience for simply existing in the store. We’re new to this neighborhood and I’ve heard similar things from others in the area. I’m not saying they have to love their jobs and be happy go lucky, but the glares and not talking to the customers is beyond weird to me.

Older lady inside wasn’t very friendly, Every other time i come here the other ladies are amazing but today The customer service wasn’t there with this lady very rude and uncaring.

Charlene is extremely rude and inconsiderate of people's time. I've encountered her before and she is rude every single time. Today, I had a $40 winning ticket and she said she would have to wait for the safe. She had several (3-4) customers go ahead of me and then proceeded to get 5's and 1's out of the cash register. When I asked why she didn't give me 20's, she said they don't keep them in the register. lol She used the register and not the safe and then got mad that I told her she was rude and inconsiderate, calling someone up because I called her on her BS. I will not be returning to this gas station.

Went to get gas. A man,(Mr. Lopez) & his daughter frantic, car locked on kids.( yr old & 5 year old (Autistic). CHARLOTTE was RUDE, didn’t assist the man, nor offer him use of phone to call for help, so I let him use my phone outside. In the meantime, my pump timed out. Firetruck arrived to assist the man to unlock his car. I went back inside the store several times & asked CHARLOTTE to reset pumps. She continued to ignore & be rude to me. Yes, I got irritated with her. Never got gas as I left after explaining situation to another clerk NATHAN, who was also NO HELP. Neither of these people should be in PUBLIC SERVICE. CHARLOTTE ESPECIALLY! That woman is GRUMPY & RUDE & no help at all to assist man who’s grandkids locked in car at PUMP 4. I will never go into one of your stores again. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE & RUDE EMPLOYEES AT 8311 COORS !!!!

The people working here are great, except for one genuinely crazy guy. The thing that brings the place down is the lack of guidance or communication from corporate. One employee told me corporate was going to give them a $1 raise for Covid, but months went by and they never increased the pay and corporate never responded to their calls. The manager is a sweetheart, but the people above her would drive this place into the ground if it would give more profit.
