I pay for unlimited 50gig download and have never seen speeds above 15 and normally it's UNDER 1 GBPS DOWNLOAD its ridiculous paying almost $200 a month for this "internet" and when I finnaly do get logged on to Netflix or any streaming service its so blurry it looks like I'm watching a 90s VHS on a box TV.
