Receptionist were good. I went in for a pre-employment drug screen only and it wasn't busy at all. Testing staff were back socializing and didn't know they had a patient. The Receptionist had to call back to remind them. I sat there longer than necessary and they didn't even apologize for keeping me waiting.

The staff was flexible for getting me in a good time before the end of the week. Much appreciated.

Staff was kind, but the wait was terrible. The longest I have ever waited at a Concentra location. There was people who came in after me (also didn’t have an appointment) that were being seen before me. Two hour wait for 10 minutes of care.
