Contigo has beenVery responsive to immediate requests ( new Rx Fri at 3pm type of thing) Staff/ pharmacists friendly and so knowledgeable . Wish they were located closer to me.

Had an emergency they couldn't ship 2 where I was so they stated not an issue will activate script when back. Get back text to activate it, oh we need all this info now..... what were u on, how much were u taking, when did u last fill it. In my mind I'm thinking you guys have that info, your a pharmacy......lazy and odd. I tell them everything they asked. Oh we are sorry we can't fill script been 2 long we will contact dr. Contact dr, get new script, get text to pay and fill. Following day get another pharmist asking same questions I just answered, again so confused, you guys don't keep notes or records. I told her screw it don't fill my script I already answered these question to you guys and not doing it again. I was not impressed by lack of knowledge or following Dr. Script order. I'll spend my 300 bucks some where else. Honestly think you deserve 1 star.

Love this pharmacy! There great. I love that they have the option to just text them rather than sitting on hold for hrs. They’re also at a lower cost then most.

So happy to have gotten a referral from my Dr. to purchase Semaglutide (Ozempic) from this Pharmacy. Ordering as simple and I was also able to call the pharmacy and speak with someone live about my order. They delivered FREE to my door (who does that anymore) They text me when they are about to deliver. Driver is courteous and friendly. Highly recommend this pharmacy especially for the more pricy drugs. Thank you

This was a very nice, quiet office building. When there were 2 people in line they called for extra help so the wait time was mjnimal. The pharmacist was very helpful to answer any questions and also with demonstrating how to use the injectable medication. They took plenty of time and didn’t rush me through making sure I had a clear understanding of everything involved. This was a great experience.

They had the medication that I needed for a much less price than what I would have paid at a traditional pharmacy. It's still really expensive but exponentially less than any other pharmacy would charge.

My eye doctor placed the prescription Monday afternoon and Contigo Contacted me Tuesday, where I conformed the order and paid in full. So Friday Contigo contacts to confirm my order and see if I really wanted it. I told the helpful young lady of course I do, I paid for it. She said perfect. It will be ready Monday or Tuesday. My upcoming doctors appointment is on Monday. They were unable to fill a paid for prescription in a week. I will let my doctor why. I haven't been taking my meds.
Update: They must have figured out the problem, and they delivered it to me on the same day. Problem semi-solved.
