Do not send any electronics via DHL to Latin America. I was told there would be a customs fee which was estimated to be a portion of the cost of the item (a $100 used phone), not triple. Colombia customs wanted over $300 for the phone to be released. Corner Postal and DHL said the phone could not be returned, so then I requested a refund of the $200 spent to sent the phone. Corner Postal was kind enough to place a claim to DHL that was denied, and then graciously submitted an appeal. The appeal was denied because "it was not our fault that the receiver didn't want to pay the duties and taxes". DHL is judgmental and unprofessional. The receiver did not have the means to pay for the phone, nor the customs charge which was exorbitantly inflated. I contacted DHL and the supervisor was supposed to get back to me when she returned from being out of the office. She failed to do this, stated she delegated the complaint to someone else who never contacted me. It is infuriating that DHL continues to collect your money to send items internationally when they know about the Customs scam, and they do not warn you. Bottom line, do NOT use DHL to send any electronics to Latin America.

I am a loyal customer and love this place! Customer service is excellent and there is never a wait. Friendly community-beats the post office or any other carrier service by no comparison!

Extremely rude manager, as well as unhelpful. Overcharge you for postage which should be illegal. If possible, avoid this business at all cost. You would think a struggling small business would be grateful for customers but not here.

Never go to this place. The staff is not prepare for international shipping and they do not know the regulations. I went to this place looking to send a phone overseas and they just shipped it without regards or regulations to other DHL offices in other countries. They made a mistake in customs paperwork and they blamed it on me and when I called to ask for help they were rude and extremely unhelpful (they did not do anything). I recommend not going to this place since their management is uneducated and unprepared.

I stopped in today around 1330 MT to ship three packages, and send one letter. I was greeted outside by an ominous, dark building with bars covering every square inch of glass; not inviting at all. Once I got inside, I heard one woman on the phone behind the counter, and saw a hodge-podge of items that left me confused about what this business actually does. I stood at the counter for a few minutes, looking over the parts and pieces that were obviously associated with mailing packages, and took some humour in the angry signs hanging up, "There will be a $1.00 fee for dropping off UPS and Fedex Packages!", and "DO NOT take packages off the shelves!". The woman on the phone was lecturing the caller about the address, and between her attitude and the fact that she completely ignored me for five minutes, I decided it was time to leave. If you've had good experience here, i'm happy for ya; if you're thinking about trying this place out, i'd suggest you look elsewhere.

If you actually want your mail go somewhere reputable. I have had a box here for 9 yrs and in the last 6 mts I had had packages disappear after delivery. When asked they've nevere seen it. When you ask USPS they cant do anything because once your mail is delivered to a CMRA you have no recourse. These people are thieves. Not to mention the shady people outside asking for money since theres a smoke shop right next door. IF YOU ARE STILL THINKING ABOUT OPENING A MAIL BOX HERE ASK THE POSTAL AGENTS AT PINO STATION ABOUT ALL OF THE ISSUES AND WHAT YOU CAN DO IF ANYTHING HAPPENS.
