The delivery method is a great service no doubt for rentals, but when it comes to the end of leasing your furniture, CORT will assume a value at their own opinion for furniture they claim as a loss and bill you for it, pretty much at 75% market value plus what you have already spent in rental fees. The insurance is a joke as you can read it only covers natural disasters mainly. My experience with them at the end was not great at all when it came to the final fees, they pretty much tossed an opinionated cost to me and told me it will be billed the next cycle. I will never use their business again when it comes to renting furniture.

I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with the CORT in Albuquerque was so amazing that I just had to. We were in a time crunch to find housing and furniture for my son for an internship and Dave Riggs was fantastic! He is the ultimate in customer service. From my first call, to subsequent calls where I asked to add things on to our package, to our pick up appointment in August, he was the best. The setup and pick up staff were awesome as well. I highly recommend them!

Just moved to a new state and stumbled upon CORT rentals. They were able to switch my move in date last second and when I came home, everything looked phenomenal! Thank you to Dave and his amazing team for making my home a beautiful space!
