Why does it say your open on Sundays when your clearly not. Drove all the way over there and found out your closed. On Google and on your website it says your open.

Today I went planning on getting retail for my salon. The young lady without a name tag (also no name on my receipt) was rude, and disrespectful to me. I was taking my time looking at all the products and keeping an eye out for a new mask I was interested in. Are you even a licensed cosmetologist? She says. Not next to me, across the store! I reply yes why are you being so rude to me? No bag after my purchase. Against my code of conduct I purchased 4 items. Should of left when she said such a comment. You lost my business. Gave you are second shot and everything. Last she needs to learn customer service. We work as customer service people! Quit and find a job you respect humans at.
Drove all the way here but I checked Google hours says opened on a Sunday. Nope!

The lady who assisted me with a blow dryer that I can’t get to function for me was no help, I spoke with Elizabeth who stated I could return the blow dryer, the elder heavy lady with a pony tail who assisted me plugs it in and it worked! I came home and I can’t get it to turn on! I have to drive 35 min to get to your location just to look like a complete fool and liar. I sent my client home with wet hair because this blow dryer was not turning on for me, what a waste I’ll never shop this location ever again!

Don't shop here you can't buy anything. After shopping and being helped for 20 minutes for my wife's Christmas present I get to the register and they will not sell to me because I do not have a license.

This is too corporate.
VERY ghetto and cheap move taking away bags and saying it's because you're going "GREEN ". then trying to force your customers to purchase and carry a bag with your logo.
whoever made the no-bag decision should do their math on how many customers your going to lose to "Amazon- same-day" and direct to manufacture for lack of hospitality.

The one women working there was friendly enough and does look like they had a pretty good selection. However, I was put off by the fact you can't purchase anything without a cosmetology license? As soon I was ready to buy she said that to me...Maybe display that on the door so customers won't feel profiled or "kicked out."

Always love coming here but they are not open Sunday. Drove to 3 different locations and none were open even though they said they were all open. It also says confirmed to be open Sunday 3 days ago when it is not. Fix this

Drove all the way over here on a Sunday because it said this location was the only one open. Came here and it was closed. Please update business hours because this is very inconvenient

Stopped by today. Came from out of town.Shop closed at 12:00pm for voting??? Why would they not stagger staff and who needs 6 hours to go vote. I will not shop there anymore.
