Completely ridiculously awful to the point where I had to laugh. We buy all our tires or at least we used to at this tire shop at Costco on Eagle Ranch. We pay for the road hazard warranty. I took my wife's car there with a roofing nail in the right rear driver side after I waited at the desk for a long amount of time, After the first guy told me he'd be right with me. LOL someone finally decided to shuffle on up to see me. I told him I had a nail in a tire that I needed pulled and plugged and he informed me that he could make me an appointment for next Tuesday. I laughed in his fucking face. I went to one of the locally owned tire shops on fourth Street where an extremely nice gentleman asked me what I needed I told him I needed a tire plugged. He did it inside of 10 minutes. Don't go to Costco. They suck. Use local shoppes they care about their business.

We used this Cosco to purchase new Carpet They sent a contractor for the actual service call who used his own installers on the day of installation. I had over 300.00 missing. Be aware of leaving any valuables out when you buy carpet from this Cosco!!!!!

I couldn't be more insulted by this Costco. Came here bc I was near it to get some products ended up being complained about with my Service Dog that is so well trained she makes kids look bad. We will never go to this Store again, I will drive to one of the others that respect owners with service dogs.

Friendly but inconsistent service. Service rep over phone said I can get my tires installed I ordered online directly from Michelin and scheduled me an appointment. Upon showing up they said they were unable to due to me not buying direct from Costco. Waste of time, and gas.

It was $3.80 yesterday. I would have thought the Costco gas would have been cheaper with the club membership than at the public gas station like circle K listed at the same price. It was not worth the lines at Costco for the same price gas as a circle K today for us.

I am medically exempted from wearing a mask I have my papers from my doctor and have been vaccinated. I was not bothered by anyone in the store untill I went into line to check out I was shrieked at by one of the employees and when I tried to explain I was shouted over. I am canceling my membership and will never be back go to Sam's Club or anywhere else.

This Costco was extremely busy during my visit this past Saturday, but I honestly don't think Costco is ever not busy. You can find all your typical bulk items and with the holidays close by, there are plenty of seasonal options. I kept my time here as short as possible and stuck with getting the basic needs without too many cold or frozen items due to my hour drive back home. The checkout lines were much quicker than expected and we were able to be in and out in less than an hour.

I have used Costco gas in many places across the country and at this particular place It was clean and well attended with staff a available to help you in no matter what type of situation you may need. Costco in general has very good covid-19 practices in all their staff were masked as well. The quality of the gas is excellent especially for the price point that they ask for and if you need to use premium gas it's a really good value. I recommend using Costco not only for the quality of their goods and their gas but how they treat their staff and give them a livable wage with healthcare and benefits I always want to support a large retail Box store that does that type of thing

Since my first review of this store, I have become somewhat disabled and need to use an electric cart during visits to big-box stores such as Costco. unfortunately this store is woefully short on the carts. I had to go to the store today to replenish a supply of an item i buy only bi-monthly and i was unable to get a cart. There is a myriad of older Americans living in this area and shopping here, and on average, approximately 50% of the vehicles using handicapped parking have an occupant needing assistance in the store, a la an electric cart. THIS STORE NEEDS MORE ELECTRIC CARTS!!! Please add to your inventory.

This location was clean and the shelves were stocked. The layout was larger than the Prescott, AZ location we are used to. We were surprised with the larger location we did not find all we are used to getting at Costco. However we did find some good slabs of beef for a decent price that I took home and was able to butcher up to stock the freezer. Over all, I think we will enjoy the larger store and new location for us.

Stopped by to inflate my tires during a road trip. The automatic inflation pumps make it so easy!! Costco is awesome!!
