Went to upgrade my phones. The guy that helped me , talk so low could not understand him. Didn't tell me any prices on the screen glass. Also just showed me cases. Didn't say anything about the prices. Got no receipt.
Went in this morning and finally got a paper receipt. Ask him the cost of a case and said it's on the receipt.
The manager last night was trying to get me to add a line for the phone. Told her I am just upgrading, several times. This morning when I had ask her why wasn't I told the prices , she said they didn't have to tell me the prices it's on the box. Very snotty attitude. Told her I was going to call corporate and her reply in a very snotty answer was, go ahead and have a good day. Very unprofessional people working there now.

Just opened a new line and purchased a new phone. Malayna was so helpful. She was patient and helped me with the purchase process as well as other issues with my account. She was very customer service oriented and made my visit pleasant. Never had a better local-in store cricket experience. Thank you Malayna

Not the best WiFi connection in the city. You get charged extra to pay a bill at the store as well as talking to a representative on the phone. Weak!

The worst customer service that I had been through in my life. Made me feel like I was invisable, even though I have been a loyal Cricket customer. I would stay clear of this location. " VERY DISCRIMITIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL". Menual is a much better managed store.
