Store is probably worst in th 505. Closing early as it gets esp on weekends. Then i go to pay my bill got 2 ladies in there slacking. 1 seemed new but like she wanted take charge possibly since she was the Tom Boy if you get my drift. Lol. But when have you ever heard o this i pay my bill and i didnt have exact change due to.$5 rip off fee to pay my bill in store. So i was due like .25 cent.. so lady doing transaction was like oh well i dont have change for you in drawer so heres your receipt we are bout to close. So im like your joking rgt? Any business will give you the change in that situation or just charge you less and they take short end of sale since they are a big business and we are the customer. The lady was like nope i told you i dont have th change and if thats your only transaction were goin lock up and you have a good night. Like Wow! Only business in my life that short changed me purposely. Sum have by mistake of course but I mean im not rich every cent counts i even told her you goin credit my account th change at least right? She just ignored me

There was a woman there named Daniella and she was being very disrespectful and not very helpful and she tried to send me to another store when the problem could be resolved then and there.

One person shop. She didn't know anything about flip phones. She seemed "SHORT" in responses to a senior citizens understandings. She talks super fast it is hard to understand. Was unsympathetic about being the only employee' therefore unable to help when she didn't know things. She did say"well you could try another store"!. Overall disappointment and a waste of time.

They kept my id and now they are saying that they don’t have it. This was the last place I used my ID and I never got it back.

The lady with pupils and the "chubby" lady do not give you the true price of the phones.
Every time they serve me they add me I'm sure I didn't ask them. He gets upset when you ask them to take it away.
They make faces with their mouth and eyes every time you ask something.
And they laughed when I was leaving the store ?
Don't go on Monday, that's when they are there.
The thin girl is your best employee.

Had to buy a new phone , sales person got the wrong phone from back room the call hi boss said that was the phone I asked for rite in front of me .stared speaking Spanish with other employee . installed screen protectorWrong has air bubbles all over it refused to let us have contact info for owner .very disappointed

The customer service representative never said anything about the phone programs and assumed that not mentioning it was good for business. Even upon saying something about it,the representative never acknowledged it even existed..
