Went in to buy a phone , the guy there told me he couldn't. What kind of place is this, poor customer service. He had a couple of women sitting up in the stools by him, I'm not sure what they were doing. This place needs to hire someone that knows what they are doing or close. Total waste of time as they were advertised as a cricket store and open.

This was my favorite cricket but recently I went in for help and her three of the workers speaking in Spanish and talking about me In a negative way, I also understand Spanish and know what they were saying I don't appreciate that All I do is try to pay for my and my kids phone and not have problems or be judged....shame on these 3 women

Angelique was a very rude person, she was using the phone in front of me when I was talking to her and she treated me in an unprofessional manner and they were recording me when I was entering my information.
