The Cricket Wireless store on EUBANK IS THE worst place in Albuquerque rude service from the workers and my phone was $99+$60 for the service and I ended up paying $286 it doesn't add up I was ripped off and I'm not getting my messages it I was you I would choose a different phone provider!!!

While Cricket has been good to me for years, DO NOT USE THIS STORE !! They lie, cheat and steal. Lesley added the protection plan AFTER I told her I did not want it ! When I returned a new, replacement phone within 24 hours, they told me I could not return the accessories for that specific phone in which the boxes had NOT even been opened. The manager, Gabby, said it was Crickets policy -- LIE...NOT SO - I spoke with Cricket customer service and they told me they will be looking into this store and their actions. They told me to take the accessories back to store and tell them. I said nope, I gave the store more than 5 chances to do it, and they wouldn't. Cricket refunded my money, I have the accessories I don't need and the store is being watched. Again, DO NOT USE THIS STORE !!

Very helpful employees with great attitudes! Nice selection of phones. They even helped me to activate the phones that I purchased at Walmart for Cricket wireless.Cricket wireless is on the AT&t network. Living east of Albuquerque in the East Valley ... Cricket's coverage is better at my house than all the others that I have ever tried. I live in the sticks, so that is important to me to even have service at all. Where other phone companies don't even reach there, it is very nice to have decent service inside our home, and even inside our metal RV. The service I receive is 4G on purpose because I do not approve of 5G and its damaging effects. Yet still our service is fantastic!

Sorry I forgot to do the review. I was at the store to pay my sister -in-law's phone bill (she's in California) It was about 15 minutes before they closed and I couldn't find it so I called the store and the gentleman that answered was nice enough to tell me that they were right across the street, and I asked him please not to close. When I got there some people were before me so while I was waiting I was looking around store was so clean and organized and I wasn't trying to listen but sometimes you can't help it, anyway they were explaining that they wanted to continue the deal that they had gotten a few days before from the manager and he was explaining that he didn't have the authorization to do that, he did what he could and they seemed to be very happy. All that to say I've been in alot of wireless store's in a few different states and none of the employees in any of them were as professional and pleasant as this young man. My receipt says his name is Martin M, if all the employees at Cricket are this nice and professional I might have to look into changing my cellphone company. Even though the customers before me had him working after he should of been closed I was in and out in record time with a very satisfied visit. If your thinking about a visiting a cellphone store try the Cricket at 1415 Eubank Blvd NE.
