Horrible service from the short girl. I came in looking for a specific phone and after going to 2 other stores she refused to help me. There were no other customers and she didn't want to do her job and call the only other store I had not been to that morning. I left and got my phone from another store. Very unhelpful, rude, condescending and probably shouldn't be around the general public if she doesn't know how to act professional.

This store is worthless, they lie and scam you!! Then you call and complain they say they want to help. Nothing ever done. Save yourself, the headache do not go with cricket

I was greeted promptly by a very friendly and extremely knowledgeable employee, Jazmine. She helped me with the many questions I had plus offered me information that I had not even thought to ask!! I had been to a different location prior to this visit and was not informed of any of the great offers Jazmine helped me with! Highly recommend this location for everyone! Ask for the knowledgeable and friendly Jazmine!
