I went into this store yesterday for my break I needed a phone fast, my current phone wasn't charging. I didn't have insurance. I was cringing because I know cricket phones are Expensive. When I walked into the store I was greeted kindly by all of the employees. The person that assisted me had amazing customer service skills I was so impressed he was so helpful. On my receipt it says Jesus C. To my surprise I purchased the Motorola g stylus for 69.99! As a current customer I was not expecting that at all great price, so far I love the phone the only downfall is the battery goes down quickly possibly the apps I'm using.

For a Cricket store in a ghetto location, I must say the service is better than expected. They had the charger I needed at a decent cost.

Terrible. I received a message from Cricket that I could get a free upgrade, but it was only available in store. I went to the closest location to me, but they didn't have any of the phone I wanted in stock. The employee there called this store and told me they had the phone in stock, so we agreed to go here. We walked in and explained the situation and the employee told me she just sold one of the two phones that we needed.

I was in a very tough situation and without a phone with another carrier MetroPCS. They keep giving me the roundabout around certain things and my phone wasn't working less than 6 months and wouldn't do anything about it and it was just a really frustrating day and I'm going out on a trip and I couldn't go without a phone. I used to have cricket several months back or over a year ago and it was okay and then I changed back to metropcs. but I have heard lots of good things about cricket so I thought I'd go in today to see what they could do for me because I wasn't going to get anything solved today with metro so Francisco and Steven were amazing at the Central and Coors location they went over and beyond helping me get into a program for my phone that was fitting my budget and the customer service was amazing I really recommend going to the cricket on Central and Coors like I said Francisco and Steven went way above the call of duty today and I feel very confident going on my trip with good coverage and excellent phones thank you again metro goodbye and welcome cricket
