I paid for the newest iPhone in this store and it turned out that when I got home when I opened the box it was an older one, and since they are very similar, if you don't look, they'll give you a hard time.

Went three times with in four hours to see that they were closed. And the hours on a Saturday are 10:00am to 5:00pm. At first I thought maybe it's lunchtime. So I figured I'll go back to see them. However there is that thought of maybe it's a family emergency. I want to be a Parton of this location. So I hope all is well.

The store was closed before the time of closing. It says store hours Mon-Fri closes at 7pm. I got there at 6:08pm and the store was already closed.

The best cricket service ever Angie is the bomb she multitasking the whole time while still offering great service I been buying cricket phones forever, this service was amazing! Best store ever, quick, knowledgeable I will go back again Angie is a cricket expert!

Another Cricket Wireless store, a franchise, made a serious error in changing me to a service I did not want, and since my original service was "grandfathered" in, and they couldn't or wouldn't return me to it, I left that store very, very dissatisfied. The next day, I went to the corporate store at 200 Coors NW in Albuquerque where the sales person, Rosario, patiently, and with proper knowledge of the product & services (something the guys in Rio Rancho definitely didn't possess), made me a very happy customer - just the opposite of my earlier, frustrating, experience in Rio Rancho. A five star experience at the 200 Coors NW Albuquerque Cricket store, for sure!
