We own a time share, which was a huge waste of money. Never get one it is not worth it! This was going to be our last vacation because we want to do a buy back. We decided to stay local, and I picked here because there was an indoor heated pool. Our check-in was Monday & check-out Friday. We only got one day swimming on Monday & then the pool closed. I was like, just my luck. There were 2 people when we were swimming, getting water to pour it on something in sauna. There was a sign do not pour water on rocks. I bet they screwed something up & poured on the rocks & that why the pool area got closed. Maybe it was because pool water was a little murky... who knows. I am bummed I used time share points here for the pool just for it to be closed. The front office is beautiful. The pillows are the best pillows! The bed is bouncy & soft comfy... if you like a soft mattress. The TV wasn't too small. This rating is solely based on no pool experience and that why we stayed here

The main reason I write this review is for Jose and Bobby of the security team. These gentlemen went above and beyond their call to duty to ensure my incredibly drunk friend made it back to her room safe and sound. They have my utmost respect, and I wanted to give a small token of appreciation for everything they did for us tonight. I really hope the hotel recognizes these gentlemen. God bless you both.

I would have given this hotel a much higher review if it hadn't been for the customer service I'd received from the front desk attendant when we checked in Wednesday evening. I booked all of our hotel reservations throughout our family vacation in New Mexico under my name and secured the reservation with my husband's credit card. When we arrived, I took my ID and my husband's credit card to the front counter to check in. The clerk didn't maintain any level of eye contact and never greeted me. As she read my husband's credit card, she very brusquely said, "Who's Stephen?" When I replied, my husband, she said, again without maintaining eye contact, "I'll need to see his ID." I called my husband in so he could present his ID, and she was a bit more pleasant to him. My husband is white and I'm Hispanic. I had hoped I wasn't sensing a bit of racism in her and thought maybe she was having a bad day. I was wrong. I went down to the front desk later to request additional towels. The clerk was checking in a young white woman. The two exchanged pleasantries, but when I walked up toward the counter, the clerk's demeanor changed. She frowned and side-eyed me as she answered the phone. When she got off the phone, I requested the towels and she said "that will be housekeeping. What's your room, I'll send them up later." I gave her the room number and thanked her and again, no eye contact or even a you're welcome. We checked out Wednesday, traveled on to Roswell and checked in to our new hotel. And guess what? I was able to check in with my ID and my husband's credit card without incident. I sincerely hope someone addresses this night clerk and her microaggressions toward Hispanics. It would have made our experience so much better.

Huge hotel, convenient for road trips, but most restaurants in the immediate area are closed. The hotel does have a cantina and serves breakfast, but nothing else happening in the immediate area. Clean, good lighting in most rooms. All appear to have a balcony or French windows.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel. It's in a convenient location but not very impressive this time. They have mini fridges and microwaves but won't provide them unless you ask. The TV is also capable of streaming but hey won't set them up for that. But the final straw was the huge hair ball in the bathroom. If they can overlook that, makes you wonder what else they missed.

This hotel was perfect! We came because my son was having surgery and it was a perfect nights rest and so comfortable and clean! The balcony outside was a plus! I am definitely going to stay here again when in Albuquerque. The only thing missing is a microwave and refrigerator.

No shower soap, keurig machine was wonky. Took 2 cycles to get a full cup of coffee. Sliding door to jack n Jill balcony leaked cold air like crazy. But the vaulted ceiling was a great touch and the bed was comfy. Shower was a huge disappointment. No water pressure. Road noises are crazy bad with door closed and drapes closed.

I've stayed at other Crowne Plazas before, so I was surprised this one didn't have a refrigerator & microwave. Breakfast wasn't included either. The room was satisfactory otherwise. If are a light sleeper, make sure you ask for a room facing away from the highway. The location is quite convenient near downtown and area's points of interest.
