I went in by myself to pick up a prescription. The counter clerk, Destiny, who is a different race was extremely rude to me. I asked her why. She snatched my prescription out of my hand and said she wouldn't let me have it. I'm 65 and need my meds. I asked to speak with a supervisor and a person of a third race came up and they both started laughing and mocking me. This was a nightmare. I just went there to pick up my meds and they both felt that they could freely abuse me because of my race, because of my age and because I was alone. RACIST PEOPLE. DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE! Do not use CVS! Horrible management. Never again.

This CVS is ridiculous. I had bought covid tests and I did not even open them and I tried returning them for the other tests they had for the same price and they said they couldn't. They couldn't give be a reason when they made excuses it was open. 1 open not used, everything packaged and 3 other buses closed and not open and still couldn't give me a good reason why. This place already has a bad reputation with bad service and not abject to return things with no reason. Not the place worth going to buy things. Go to a different cvs. These pharmacy people are incompetent and use Jess. The person helping me didn't even know how to scan them.

I hate coming here, it's worth the extra time to walk across the street to Walgreens. You can be buying one item, scan it ready to pay, but will need an employee to verify that's all you have. So you wait while the annoying sound goes off for an employee, this store they are never present. This company is a joke.

The drive thru line is always backed up and slow. I was here 2 months ago for a covid test and that was the case but now I know why. I arrived at 9:51 for a 10am covid test. The rude pharmacist asked what time my appointment was and I said 10. She said she will be with me at my appointment time. I asked if I can take my test early and she very abruptly and rudely said "no" and clicked off her mic. Ok fine, no big deal. But then at 10:02 and I had to push the call button again. Pushed the call button again at 10:06. 10:07 another car pulls up to the prescription window and is helped immediately. They finally came back on at 10:15 to take my information. Prior, no one even comes on to acknowledge the call or say please wait.Earlier at 9:53 a car pulled up behind me so now multiple people have been delayed. It would be nice to know why they can't test early and get people on their way sooner but the pharmacist was so rude I didn't want to ask. She could have said she's with someone or busy and even then I would have understood but just "no". There are at least 2 people inside the pharmacy that should be able to at least acknowledge the line. I just moved here and had no issues with the CVS in my previous state but I'll be skipping this one next time for sure.

There is a woman Pharmacist who works there who goes by Erica or Erin, who doesn't care what time the pharmacy is supposed to open. She may show up 40 minutes late and have a line waiting for the pharmacy to open and she doesn't care. Her time is apparently much more important than a mere customer who may be ill and needs their medicine. If you are one of the customers she's kept waiting I'd suggest sending an email to :larry.merlo@cvscaremark.… and detail your issues.
