The CVS pharmacy in Target is on Coors is the absolute best pharmacy I have ever used. They always take great care of me! I’m on some really specialized hard-to-get prescriptions that other pharmacies could not regularly fill. I never have a problem getting these filled at this CVS and if it’s something critical - they will find it at one of their other stores in town and get it to me.

All the pharmacists at CVS in target on Coors are the best they are so kind, helpful, caring and they really do go out of their way I am being totally honest about this review I have had nothing but exceptional service with all pharmacist at this location they have literally gone out of their way to help me in my time of need and you don't find that these days so like I said I am being totally honest I only go to this particular pharmacy because of all the pharmacist's that work there and I have other CVS that are closer to my house but Instead I choose to drive and extra 10 miles just because all of the pharmacist's at that location really do care about patients well-being.

I started using this pharmacy when I couldn't get my medicine anywhere else but it has been the best choice I made. The staff are always so kind and friendly to me and my son. They have my medicine when I need it,and I never have to wait long or at all when picking up my prescriptions. I always recommend this pharmacy.

An older man (bald, 50s or 60's) who was the "pharmacist on duty" just insulted me, berated me, and was the WORST example of customer service I've received in a very long time. In arguing with me about my prescription and my stupid cvs prescription card, he then tried to get the technician to side with him. Snotty, mean, rude, and completely unable to deescalate a situation-instead making it much worse. He accused me and then my doctor of making a mistake. I did tell him his customer service sucked, and he wanted to argue about that too. Pam, I hope you know how he is when you're not there.

Showed up 45 minutes early for a vaccine appointment. They had 4 waiting so I was told to come back 45 minutes later. With no other customers waiting the woman who turned me away proceeded to ignore me for 15 minutes after I checked in (when I came back at my appointment time) Then the male employee ignored me for another 1/2 hour. Neither was customer focused, I was the only customer waiting, they helped everyone else who came in after me. Had personal conversations. Won’t ever come back total wait time 1 1/2 hours.

What a surprise today when I went to CVS Target Pharmacy on Hall Blvd. Tigard, OR. The team member when I approached greeted me and asked me if I was aware of my copayment due, I stated yes and it is large over $100. I showed her I had an electronic coupon from my MD and she stated she thought she could find a better coupon for me to use. She asked me to wait and have a seat and as soon as she found a better coupon and rebilled she would call me to the front of the line. I waited 5 minutes. Much to my utter surprise she informed me the copayment was not over $100. but now $60. I thanked her so much. She was knowledgeable and kind. She helped a senior citizen save money which is awesome in this current economic climate. Yes, I have health insurance but my copayment with this RX medication is large. I am so thankful she took the time to care and assist me. Thank you.

Personality goes along way. We have been coming to this CVS for years but just for quick stops often for forgotten items or last moment medicines. We have been Walgreens customers for decades. Recently our medical insurance changed and CVS became the preferred pharmacy. I wish we would have switched years ago. Every time we go in we are greeted with a smile and pleasant conversation while they promptly get our order together. They are friendly and professional and efficient. All of these are things i gave up on years ago at Walgreens. Add in the beautify clean and stocked store with the perfect product selection and CVS has gained a customer for life.

Very nice, signage is well placed on ceiling area 2 B able 2 locate where things R. They also offer walk in Covid-19 shots until 4pm, and online scheduling 4 rapid Covid-19 tests !!
