On 3-21-25, I'm at this CVS. I'm upset at employees who rudely said no Bathrooms to a disabled and paying customer I'm sure employees have a bathroom to use?! CVS needs to have bathrooms for everyone! Manager should contact me here further rudeness their employees were to me!

This was some of the rudest pharmacy staff I’ve ever encountered. They don’t close till 8 (1hr til pharmacy closed) yet they were rude to any customer they encountered. I felt bad for the gentleman in front of me that simply was trying to get a prescription filled. They offered no help. We came in to get our booster shots and they huffed at the fact that we had an appointment. Like ma’am this is your job. Definitely won’t be back here again unless you want unhelpful staff.

TL/DR:
After signing up on cvs.com for vaccines, they filed a claim with my insurance for an office visit, costing me over $400.
I don't know if CVS actually owns Minute Clinic, but they have a deceptive business practice in process where they accept your signing up on their website to receive a vaccine through their pharmacy. When you get there, you get directed to a different part of the store called "Minute Clinic" where someone takes you into the room, administers the immunizations, and then bills your health insurance $418.97 for an office visit. The insurance company sees an office visit and not vaccines, and denies the claim, passing it on to you.
They also don't let you know this, but they go ahead and charge your debit card several weeks later after the claim that you were told by both your insurance company and by the pharmacy staff would be accepted, gets denied because they fraudulently code it as an office visit.
CVS, it doesn't matter that you spend extra money on a Nurse Practitioner to administer shots. If you want to waste your resources, that's on you. But your waste of resources does not excuse the practice of charging for a service that was not rendered.
Due to your deceptive business practice, you have lost a family of previously loyal customers.

If I could leave a zero for the pharmacy I would. They are understaffed rude and indifferent. Suffice it to say I've transferred all my prescriptions from this location. I will never use the CVS at menaul and eubank again

Being a Military Veteran this CVS has helped me with my shopping in the store, this is the place to shop. The clerks are well trained to help you with any shopping problems you may have.

Stephen and Bianca in the pharmacy are the absolute best! Stephen was extremely calm, personable, and helpful. He helped me fill a prescription and walked me through the whole process and explained all of my options thoroughly while having an upbeat attitude. Bianca was also very helpful and kind. They have great teamwork skills and are all around lovely people. Thank you so much guys, you rock! Will definitely be making this my go to pharmacy!

I keep seeing these bad reviews for this pharmacy, and I do not understand any of them. Versus Walgreens, CVS has treated me incredibly well. I called them one time like 30 minutes before they closed in a panic because I needed to fill a prescription and the lady working said "can you be here by 7:45?" and sure enough they filled it my prescription in 15 minutes and was ready by the time I got there. One time they were out of my prescription, but the guy working at the time was able to get it filled with a generic without any issues.Every time I call CVS, they always answer the phone. When I call the Walgreens on San Mateo and Montgomery I will spend about an hour constantly calling them back because that Walgreens either doesn't answer or they do answer and hang up right-away.CVS also told me that they would order my prescription and it would be there next day and I was surprised it got there when they said it would. I had Walgreens order a prescription, they also said next day, and of course the Walgreens staff lied and it took about a week to get it.I am actually pleasantly surprised at the level of service I receive from CVS. When you are so used to being treated poorly by Walgreens staff for 10+ years, CVS staff treating you well is very unexpected, and I hope we continue to have a good relationship.

I am an extremely loyal CVS customer, and this experience has been the worst by far. I asked for a basket, and was told that there weren't any, but that I could put things on the counter up front. I then proceeded to use my reusable bag, as I was getting multiple items, and didn't want to keep walking back and forth to the counter. I was then approached by a male employee (didn't see his name, but he was in his 20s or 30s with light colored hair wearing a black covid mask) who told me to "Get out, you can't be putting things in your bag." I responded that I had used my bag as I was getting multiple items. I then went to the front of the store and put my items on the counter as instructed. I purchsed my few items and left the store in tears, and will never return to this store. I assume this store has a problem with theft, but this isn't how all customers should be treated when shopping there.
