This store is NOT friendly. I went in to look to look for a specific cosmetic brand they sold (which are all locked up) and an employee came right up to me and stood beside me and followed me everywhere I went like I was a suspected shoplifter. I will never shop at a CVS again.

Warning! I bought 5 $50 Amazon gift cards from here and all were inactive. Everyone I gave a card to opened it to find the card had a hole punch and the silver coating for the code scratched off. I called CVS to let them know this happened and they did not seem surprised and told me I had to take it up with Amazon. Thank goodness I gave everyone the gift receipt. Not sure if Amazon will honor any of these cards but beware of buying any gift cards from this CVS. Not sure if there is a skimmer here that diverts the funds to somewhere else. But the fact that they have compromised cards is a concern.

cooler broken for several months in the summer, got rid on good, knowledgable and friendly employess and seem to have replaced them with lesser staff

Find another CVS or pharmacy. The employees are so rude and unapproachable. I’m leaving this comment after several to the pharmacy. I thought maybe they are just having a bad day. But this has been every time I go in. It’s like customers are nuisance to them.

I've had mostly good experiences here but one employee in particular has a real problem with couponers so I try not to come here anymore. She was wildly disrespectful and the other employee that saw it just froze and stared at her for a second. I coupon to donate for the most part so I don't see why she cares what I'm doing.
I rated higher for the managers I've interacted with and their inventory is usually decent. Location does not have carts. Hours are also inaccurate

Ordered two 8 x 10 photographs from here. My husband picks them up and brings them home. They are both in a paper grocery bag that is 8" wide (same size as the picture, bag not opened up at all, so too small for it). Both pictures are ruined. One is curled up, the other is bent, because the bag was too small for the pictures. Why not have a picture envelope, or nothing at all? You destroyed my pictures.

I am always greeted nicely although not very often. 2 gentlemen and 2 young ladies are pleasant and smile. I prefer staying at this establishment. I don't want to go elsewhere.
So I keep hope. One bothersome entity to me is the young ladies are eating and can't come over to the counter to help the customers. This is so rude and not at all professional. Better luck in the near future.

GO TO AMAZON OR WALGREENS! The item I bought cost $50 less at both Amazon and Walgreens and both AMAZON AND WALGREENS have hassle free returns. CVS is hassle-full returns. The item didn’t work and I took it back the next day. They would not refund it. Everyone was so scared they were going to get fired if they did something wrong so no one did anything. I had to insist that they figure out how to exchange the product and after several phone calls to higher ups they were allowed to exchange it but if this product doesn’t work there’s nothing they can do to make me whole. The whole experience left me unsatisfied and empathetic for the staff who feel like they will be fired at any moment. Seriously, go across the street to Walgreens or order it on your phone.

When I call the pharmacy during normal business hours there appears to be NO OPTION to actually be connected with a live person. The only option seems to be to leave a message for then to call you back. This is incredibly poor customer service.

The manager flat-out accused me of shoplifting, and he said it's because I "have a large bag." I emptied my purse right in the middle of the aisle to show him that I'm not a thief. I understand the store loses money when customers steal, but the way this manager handled it was very unprofessional and condescending. I'll never visit this location again.

How hard is it to be nice? I’ll be sure to never have any prescription sent to CVS ever again! I’ve never had a good experience at any of them. I had another pharmacy who graciously & professionally filled my prescription with great customer service. The opposite of what I received at CVS on Tramway. 5/19/24
