I choose this CVS location due to the cleanliness and items that I specifically go for always in stock! It's also nice to be greeted when arriving and being asked if I am finding everything I need .

What a very disgusting disheartening experience at this pharamcy. You would think people that work in this field would have compassion. Definitely not here. Mishandling information. The pharmacist tech kept arguing with me that I picked up the prescription. They had the wrong patient information. This was after the fact I repeated the information over 4x. They kept saying the patients information out loud to each other. That's not appropriate behavior. That's not patient confidentiality.

Came to this location for a prescription transfer , they said they would do it and said it be done . Go the ok . Waited 2 hours so it be ready. Drive up the tell me come back tomorrow. I gave them more then enough time. Someone wasn't doing there job her and lied. Pure laziness

Went to go buy COVID tests. Went to Aisle 19 and there are quite a few locked up in a case so I called for assistance. Pharmacists tells me to go to the front, they have them there. I went to the front and they had none in the front so a worker goes to "check aisle 19" and magically they have no COVID tests. Heres the literal picture of their COVID tests they refused to let me buy. No idea why they wouldn't let me buy them but absolutely wrong on their part.

Their pricing seems discriminatory. My son in law got a vaccine and he paid $85, then my daughter got the same vaccine and paid $55, when I went to get mine they told me it would be $110 and they said if I did my sons vaccine being that he has BCBS he would be a full price of $110 on top of my cost. How do the vaccines change in cost so quickly? My daughter called and spoke to a lady who stated she put a courtesy discount to lower the cost for me to $80. The guy who did my vaccine though still charged me $110. This does not seem right at all - I won't be directing anyone else in the future for this. It's insane to be conned and have different prices on the same week for the same shot and for all who went not having insurance and doing self pay. I can't wrap my mind on how the prices varied so much. Be prepared to be judged and charged based off their emotions.

The one prescription I really needed was not refilled when we went to pick up the other one's so we had to go back later. Just an inconvenience.

Dropped off a UPS package for next day air, after realizing it still hadn’t been picked up the next day (when it was already supposed to be delivered) I went in to see if I could get my package back to take it to an actual UPS store. Manager said he couldn’t give it back or he’d “lose his job” and that someone should have told me that it wouldn’t be picked up by UPS until 3pm the next day. He was adamant on not giving my package back. He said he’d call UPS and see if I could get it switched to get delivered early the next day, wrote down my name and phone number but never called me. I lost a huge career opportunity because of this mishap. Also a waste of $100 for overnight shipping.

No issues at this location and staff has always been so nice … I live next too Walgreens but I’ll drive the extra couple miles to come here instead just because of the god awful service I get at Walgreens

So far my experience with this one CVS location on Central and Unser has gone well and have had no issues Everyone is very pleasant, professional and helpful.
