I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. If this is the way they treat customers, I think I will never use any CVS again!
I go to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my 6-year-old daughter. I get to the counter, and a lady standing back in the pharmacy calls out to me, “Sir! You have to come back at 2:00. We close for lunch between 1:30 and 2:00.” I look at my watch and it’s a few minutes before 1:30. I ask if they can just help me really quick, but no. They said I must wait half an hour.
There were at least three or four people behind the counter at the pharmacy. ALL of them had to be at lunch at that time? They can’t stagger their lunch? They couldn’t take a MINUTE to get me the prescription before taking their lunch? They had to rudely send me away?
There are many pharmacies in the city. CVS doesn’t want business, apparently.

Almost weaponized incompetence of the pharmacy - it's so bad. Pointless to make a store run if u don't just do an online order/pickup, waiting for them for 20m to unlock the dish soap. If you can avoid, u should.

CVS is... there. You walk in and instantly forget why you came, only to leave with a greeting card, a snack you didn’t want, and a vague sense of accomplishment. The lighting is bright enough to see your regrets clearly, and the aisles are organized in a way that seems to change weekly, as if challenging you to evolve. Prices range from “sure” to “wait, how much?” but that’s part of the charm, I think. I didn’t interact with anyone, and that felt correct. In many ways, CVS isn’t a destination - it’s a liminal space that sells batteries. Three stars for consistency.

Love my CVS pharmacy. Staff are great and always use my rewards to give me the best deal. Very nice clean store.

The manager here Tyler Carian is the most amazing human. Unfortunately he appears to be working all alone on a daily basis. He is always running around helping everyone in the store. My only complaint is maybe they should hire someone to help this young man I'm certain he does not get paid enough for his outstanding assistance and customer service

My wife was ill on the morning of November 17 and she had called CVS to see if they had a particular product in stock. She did not get the name of the clerk, but the lady came back with the item and asked whose name we wanted. It held under at the counter.. She had not even asked her to do that. She went above and beyond to represent good customer service, which is lacking in many places nowadays. I was able to go up there and quickly pay for it and get it home to my wife who was very appreciative. Well done!

There selection was small. Almost like they had sold out of everything and needed to restock. I wasn't able to find exactly what I was looking for, but the lady at the front was very nice and checked with the manager about when to come back after they stocked

I ordered from the one hour photo and called to check the status an hour and 15 minutes later and was told that it would be another hour. Not usually a big deal except for my son is in the emergency room and I wanted to bring him photos of his family. So
now I have to delay my trip by an hour because CVS did not do what they said they would do.

A lot of the items here are locked up, and for good reason, I saw someone shoplift and run out while shopping here. This location is clean and I had some time to kill, so I went down each aisle and found some nice clearance deals. Celia was helpful and unlocked the cases for me, and was friendly and nice when ringing me up. Go on the app and get those Extrabucks and coupons - I can shop at CVS for less than Walmart with their weekly deals.

Was asked to “pull up, if someone came behind me” because Jenna had to “check my insurance”. Did as asked and my wait was prolonged even longer. Poor customer service.
