Started going to this pharmacy because I was fed up with my other pharmacy and I've been so glad I did. Sidney, the pharmacist, is so helpful and always willing to answer questions. I've transferred all my prescriptions here now even though it's further from my house because I'm so pleased with the service.

The first attendant inadvertently gave me the wrong brand of the medication I requested. Syndie, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure that I received the correct medication and even made a notation on my file to ensure that something like that wouldn't happen again. She also wished me the best on my move to Taiwan. She was fantastic!

Great customer service. Send text msg when prescription is ready. Very clean store. Really does a lot of COVID-19 services, vaccinations, masks and test kits.

The Pharmacy Rep told me she would not accept my return of an item with a receipt because I purchased my item at a different location. I told her that’s the exact opposite of what the return policy states on the CVS website and she would not budge, refusing to accept a completely valid return. This location’s staff clearly needs retraining.

Outstanding customer service here. Went online Saturday night, signed up for my COVID-19 booster, received an appointment for Monday. I went to pharmacy staff welcomed me, found my name, told me to have a seat, only one person in front of me. I ask could I get the flu shot today also & they responded we of course. I was out in 20 minutes that included waiting on the person in front of me to get theirs. this will be my future go to place for all my vaccinations.

After showing up 3 times to pick up a prescription they confirmed each time they had received it but still had not filled it each time. Additionally, on the third time we waited at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for employee Sydnie to wrap up her chit-chat convo in the back to meander over to eventually help us at her convenience. Unprofessional.

Jason the pharmacist went above and beyond! He provided excellent costumer service and advice. He was the only one at the pharmacy and multi tasked to help all customers in person, on the phone and consultations. He definitely deserves to have another person to help him in such busy location.

AVOID. If carelessness and lack of compassion and intelligence is your thing this pharmacy is for you. From the head pharmacist to the pharmacy “techsâ€... Ranging from refusal to do full job to playing and acting d*** while filling prescriptions incorrectly. The severe lack of communication is this pharmacy's strength. The rest is pure disappointment and them signing you up for their CVS programs you did not agree to. After switching pharmacies they continue to try and get refills from dr without any request from my end. Only reason we used CVS is the insurance only filled there. Kayla the pharmacist and Annette in the pharmacy are examples of poor customer service, lack of compassion, and could careless about you, your meds, privacy, and any questions.
