Sam, management at Rio Club is horrific. I also called every extension on this thing and not one answer, cant even leave a msg. Wondering is legal action is needed, cant even pay my bill.

I love the gym, I gave it 1 star because showers are freezing. Having serious heart issues, extreme temperatures are not good. They promise to fix it soon but it has been several months already. So much for listening to the customers. Maybe you need a new maintenance person

I've been a member for ~ 3-4 years now. Our youngest son had an account from our health insurance but he never visited. Anyway we needed help to clean up his billing and delete his account. Kudos to Allan at the Corporate Office for explaining everything to us and helping resolve this. Very glad we called!
