They have good products, but the sales staff don't want to help. They especially don't want to go get the shoes you'd like to try on. They avoid the shoe section, then take a long time getting the shoes from the back, then they disappear from the shoe section again in case you want to try on another pair. If you know exactly what you want, and you can just take it off the shelf or a rack and buy it at the register, it's fine, but it's a terrible place to buy shoes.

i went to dicks on 10/27 and my dicks cc got flagged for fraud. i was upset and annoyed as that was the 3rd time this has happened to me while making a purchase AND the customer service support number was awful!!! however, bella was super patient, kind, and helpful with me during the entire interaction. she’s helped me on several occasions and they’ve been nothing but the best! she is the definition of great customer service!!

No help from sales people for almost an hour even though we asked for one on 2 occasions, so we left ordered online and our package was supposed to arrive on 9/5 but didn't arrive until 9/9 4 days after it was supposed arrive.

Online opening hours are wrong. Sundays they open at 11, not 10 AM. Also, online it states that this location does string tennis racquets but it doesn't. Worst store in Albuquerque.

The employees are rude and lazy. The store is unorganized and there are items laying everywhere. Everytime I come in they are always talking and never doing any work.

This store needs a good manager IMMEDIATLY! The place is a mess, employees are lazy and careless, nobody wants to help (one called Eric was willing to help, but still had no much idea, the rest didn't want to be working, that's for sure. They could be organizing the items instead of chatting and getting upset when a customer ask for help). The hiking shoes were all mixed up, models, brands, sizes, no prices, no place to sit and try shoes on.... I could keep going ....

5/31/24 @11:30. Went in today looking for a bat with my 12 year old brother. We were helped by an older manager lady and she was rude from the start, called security on us before she helped us and had him monitor us looking at the bats. We asked them to unlock 3 bats to see which one my brother liked and the older lady with another employee stood there watching us trying to decide. I have never been more upset than what had happened today, older lady needs to get fired and retire.

So they have this coupon you can get for 20$ off if you sign up for their rewards program. Basically excludes several things. So it’s kind of a joke to sign up. This place charges way too much for their products.
