Was there with my friend shopping for her niece in the children's section and the employee that was there was a bit rude and kept rushing us and making little comments about us and I love to come to this Dillard's but this is the first time we felt uncomfortable in the establishment

The customer service has really gone downhill in the men’s department shoes. At 6:03 PM today I tried to check out and was told that I had to leave and they were unable to cash me out of the register and could no longer pull any extra shoes. The gentleman manning the door was rather put out and very annoyed. I had been there over an hour looking at other stuff and was told that I could not check out with that stuff either. I buy a fair amount of clothes and tons of shoes here and will now be switching places.

An employee was showing us a YSL edp and he took the last bottle that was on sale, walked away with it. He was gone for a few minutes then we told him we would like to buy it and he said someone just bought it. Very sleazy of a salesman to take a product away from the customer. Around 3:20 pm on Christmas eve. He was the only man working the area. We didn't get his name

So I was shopping in the juniors section and went to pick up some jeans thinking they were cute and a roach ended up crawling up the pantleg when I took the jeans off the rack, never again. 🤮
Update: They ended up losing the roach so its probably running around in the juniors section

I was shopping at the winrocks dillards location with my daughter and had a horrible experience. First the sales woman followed us around like she was desperate. She proceeded to tell my daughter she could use a particular dressing room and indicated there was a chair for me cause I looked tired. When we went to check out she again commented on how tired I looked and said it a few times more in front of customers. My appearance is no ones business and it was insulting. I will never go shopping at dillards again. Teach your salespeople some Mann

I shopped at Dillard’s twice this week. The sales associates in the women’s departments (dresses) and the young man in the shoe department were most professional, friendly and helpful. Additionally, when I went back today to return an item, the experience was the same. I’m writing today because it is unusual these days to encounter employees who actually seem to care about the customers. Kudos to Dillard’s for their high expectations!
