I’ve shopped here several times but this last time I went in I was not allowed to shop with my purse because it was “too big”. My purse is an average shoulder bag and I was told bags and purses have to be taken back to the car or left at the front of the store who’s gonna do that with their purse??? At the same time there was a door dash worker who was trying to fulfill an order and he was not allowed to shop because he had a door dash bag smh

Store was seriously understaffed and cashier had to restart her register twice. Unable to buy anything and ignored with no apologies or given reason as to long wait. Just standing and watching as the poor girl struggled to get her system to work. Place needs a serious overhaul of it wants to retain customers.

Terrible experience. The associate OBVIOUSLY followed me the entire time. When I was in the row with the makeup, she blatantly stayed in the same row the whole time pretending to be putting something back. So uncomfortable. She was so close behind me that when I stopped abruptly she almost ran into me. Even people walking around with backpacks got less attention. Talk about profiling. I will never go back to this location. I hadn't been there in years, so I won't miss it.

The workers were really nice even though some girl went in and walked out without paying for her items. I don't understand how they feel like stealing that's why our priced go up because people like that lady like to steal. Those workers were sweet and had customer service thumbs up to them.

I Went looking for an opportunity to work and went several different times and when asked to come in for a interview, wasted my time completely, giving me no real information on if was getting the job or not, Store Manager Domique led me on Saying she would give me a call and never did. Not a very good store or The employees that manage it, Keep the same unprofessional/Rude employees the reviews keep Speaking about.

I don't understand why it says this store is open... It's VERY rarely open.... I love this store and find myself always disappointed because almost everytime I go... It's closed!

Shelves were a little bare, but I was fortunate to get everything I needed & the staff was friendly & helpful... I really appreciate helpful staff because there's not a lot of it Anywhere!!

If you can't answer your phone you shouldn't be in business! I just needed to see if you had an item in stock before I drove over there. But the phone keeps ringing and I get disconnected like someone's hanging up! Not a way to run a business. Very unprofessional!

I was hired to work there and went in for about 3 days alot of life changes happen to me in the small amount of time I worked there. And today was the day I was supposed to be paid 3 days or not I am still owed wages. I had to resign after my doctor's told me I had a health problem that would no longer allow me to work on my feet as this issues can cause me to get dizzy and faint. Which is super unsafe so I did this job a favor by allowing them to know after I was discharged from the hospital that I was no longer able to continue this job. But I worked and haven't been paid. If this issue isn't fixed ASAP I will be contacting the bbb and filing a report with the appropriate parties. Tried calling over 5 times and no answer. This is very unprofessional.
