You can no longer walk into the store. It is locked with a sign on it due to thieves. So we went there, nobody was at the door. Waited, still nobody. then we go back to the car, and they open the door for a new person, and we couldn't even get out of the car to say hey, we want to go in to, and they locked the door again and left away from the door. I understand there are thieves in the area, but you are making it too difficult for customers to go into the store to buy things. We will just go elsewhere. I suspect this store won't last long with policies like this.

It's a place to shop if you want to grab something quick. Employees are very helpful and nice.

I come here often.All employees are great.Im sad that 1 person complained about them only allowing so many in at a time.Everyone who works with the Public,should have SECURITY.We all have seen bad mannered persons,and DG should have it for employees protection.The world has changed,and nice employees are a jem.This store has both.Great prices on things I need.Clean store.Thanks for staying open in our area.✌️?

when I first moved to this area this dollar general was never stocked, dirty, and hard to maneuver. But as of recently, this location has never looked better. The little Asian man who works the register, is always so kind and friendly. And the shelves are always stocked! thank you dollar general for doing better.

Its one thing that the transgender employee is incredibly rude, at least it does its job. Slowly but surely. Today, that particular employee is smoking weed at the cash register while I'm getting checked out. That is incredibly disrespectful especially for other customers who dont smoke. I witnessed potential customers walk in and almost immediately walk out without purchasing anything. That's not cool. It's bad enough that the community has to deal with the inconveniences that the store has to deal with from having a lot of shoplifting but also this particular employee going around the store doing whatever it wants to do. It's not even a kind person. It's always mad all the time like somebody did something to it. I spend a lot of money at this store but now I'm going to choose another.

they lock there automatic doors and force you to pry them open to leave and treat every single customer like a thief, not my problem you don't hire security, do the earth a favor go out if business if this is your motto

Apears one star must be checked in order to leave a review. I give NO star or my business. We all get it...you hate your job, and you make sure the paying customers are at your mercy. I would be amazed if I saw an employee be proactive for example if a customer ask a if there is ICE how about you don't guess and actually give the right answer which would have been No we are all out. The customer could have gone to a store that did have ICE which would have been very helpful. At the time I was in the store I saw 5 employees 3 of which were behind the reg counter. These two girls talked and talked about some baby and how cute the name neal is and complained about work both oblivious to the line getting longer and longer. To make it even more frustrating I saw 4 shopping carts everyone of them had freight/go backs in them. So I made 3 trips with cases of soda, dog food, bottled tea and some cleaning items and piled them where I could as we shuffled towards the casier. When I asked for the cart with the less amount of merch in it easy to put in a bin and stacked on one of 4 U-boats that were on the sales floor. I was told No. I was floored By this because I have 45 years as a Retail Mgr. Finally even though the 2 girls never stopped talking one of them opened a register for cards only. Well what do you think she did next since everyone had cash. She turned back around and chatted some more. 2 shop lifters were able to walk out and I gave the cashier the heads up that a habitual shop lifter is in the store. Did not mention it to anyone. I made 3 trips to my car and swore never again I'll go to the Juan Tabo store it's amazing!Thanks for the opportunity to vent.
