Sales associate Jeanette alleged management was blatantly rude and refused to break a bill requested to pay with card which we did and was given option for cash back at check out which I did and that upset Jeanette deeply and threw the money at us and requested we never go to her store again needless to say we will not be shopping and any of your POS stores again

So happy this location was able to climb out of the slump it was in. Of course, Covid didn't help matters, but the appearance and organization of the Ladera Store made it a very good shopping experience. The employees were very helpful. The choice of products was impressive. Great job and welcome back!

Been to the store a couple of times Andrew was the cashier he has great customer service and is really nice he seems to really care about his job don't see a lot of that these days

So far, this has been the best dollar tree I've been to, and I shop at Dollar Tree a lot! Fantastic selection of items, WELL ORGANIZED, and the staff actually appears to like their jobs. This will definitely be my go-to location from now on. Also, I appreciate that the hand sanitizer stations are actually kept filled up. The food section, craft section, and beauty section are well stocked and there is a great variety of available products. I've been to this location 3 times now and so far it's been pretty consistent ?
