Me and my friends barely went inside to get something drink we came back from Ross getting clothes and this older lady told us to get out when we just wanted to get a drink trying to accuses us of stealing which we didn’t even steal or anything that lady should be fired.

We understand that many times staffing levels are issues such as long lines or bad service. 1-19-25 I went in and was busy which was expected. Line was at least 15 deep wrapping into to aisles, as the one male clerk was doing his best to get through the line well still providing great service. It was disappointing to hear two female workers in the office behind the registers laughing really loud. Well the lone clerk was left to deal with the entire store on his own. Not fair to him or the customers… Store obviously needs better leadership!!!

I’ve been shopping here for four years and have always had a positive experience. I understand some people are upset about the store not allowing walk-ins right before closing, but it’s important to consider that when people enter close to closing time, it can sometimes keep staff working for 30 minutes or more past their shift. Everyone has lives outside of work. While it’s unfortunate that some customers may feel like they wasted a trip, I personally avoid going into stores when there's less than 10 minutes left before closing.
I have been in customer service for over 16 years. From cashier to manager and I appreciate the efforts of this staff.

I would like to see this Dollar Tree store improve its customer service by having a more respectful staff and avoiding intimidation tactics against customers who bring in e-scooters, given the heightened crime awareness in Albuquerque. Also, a cleaner and more organized store environment would be welcome, as the clutter is way more hazardous then my e-scooter, and my need for the e-scooter due to driving constraints highlights the value of accommodating diverse needs.

Good employees nice work but store needs repair and workers need better work conditions as well as pay typically after 6 months of working at a establishment you are eligible for a raise and after finding out that a young girl that's works there for a year still makes minimum wage and hasn't gotten a raise shocks me as a fast food shift lead that shocks me
