The dealership has a ton of bikes in stock, featuring every model. Interactions from customers and staff are noted as great. The labor rate is observed to be about half of that in other major cities. While the transaction process is quick and smooth, the dealership does have some trouble with its phone system. The store itself receives mixed feedback on its appearance, described as plain, not very inspiring, and sometimes completely dead, with a presentation that lacks enthusiasm and passion compared to other Ducati locations. However, the knowledgeable and good sales staff more than make up for these shortcomings, showing great product knowledge regarding Ducati history, current racing success, and vehicle add-ons. The experience leads customers to highly recommend the place and state they would buy again.

They have a ton of bikes in stock, every model it seems. Also I noticed their labor rate on the wall and it was about half of what I recall seeing in Chicago!

My sales experience was simply amazing. Cesar was professional and had outstanding customer service. However they do have trouble with their phone system. When I did get through everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Thank you Ducati of Albuquerque.
