I just called this place for some advice about my refrigerator as to why it is leaking and the man who answered tired to sell me a fridge which I didn't want. I just asked for his advice and he hung up on me. HOW RUDE IS THAT? I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The owner of Edith Appliance went out of his way to make sure I had a washing machine installed that I was happy with. The first machine was installed this Monday-- but it had some issues. I went in on Wednesday worried I might be stuck dealing with service issues. Instead he quickly offered to replace the washer and let me pick out another machine. Today, Friday he came in his own personal truck and installed it after I got off work. He took the time to check everything was in working order, all the temperatures dialed in and ran it through a spin cycle. The machine looks brand new and ran great. I really appreciate his time and help. I'm not rich and I work hard to support myself so his understanding of my schedule and need to have a reliable washing machine was a godsend. At my age it's tough lugging clothes to and from the Laundromat as I have now for over a year. Thank you sincerely!

Good service but bad merchandise. I first bought a washer and dryer set and washer broke down less than a year after buying it. Then I bought another washer and dryer set and a refrigerator and my dryer broke down about 2 months after and now my refrigerator is breaking down(about 6 months after buying it)

We have bought from you guys in the past. I am disappointed that the washer I brought to you guys, needed a tub bearing kit that cost around $55 at most in my research. You wanted to charge me $400 plus to fix. Average cost to fix (parts/labor) $250 max! In the time of business with you all you have been great. Thank you.

I am from Clovis NM. Dominic was here selling appliances in Clovis and I was able to purchase a refrigerator from him. He was very professional and polite. My truck was in the shop so he offered to deliver it and brought it in and put it in its place. I would highly recommend shopping at Edith Appliance. Great buy that even came with a Warranty, very happy with my purchase.

Highly recommended! Bought an older home with older appliances. I was out shopping for a used refrigerator and dishwasher and I went to several different appliance stores. While I wasn't able to find a refrigerator that met my needs, Edith's had an new, open box dishwasher at a great price. They delivered it the next day and I couldn't be more delighted with the dishwasher and Edith's.
