I love this store. The staff is amazing and friendly I shop here when I’m looking for the best New Mexico merch. Anytime I have gone they have always been very professional and outgoing. If you are looking to get some good quality products visit them online or in store. HIGH RECOMMEND!

Fabulous delivery and packing, thanks Juliette. Enchanted Sugar was found by me at Lilly Barrack on Rio Grand. What an amazing scent I feel in love with is “Angel Fire” and I was worried it would only be available at Christmas. Thanks again, a over the moon ? customer in NM?

I bought a small candle to replace the same fragrance that was getting low. When I opened the tin there wasn't any aroma whatsoever. Already having the same fragrance, I knew there was a problem. I emailed Juliette at her company and she questioned my claim. I said that I possess a very sensitive sense of smell, both blessing and curse and said that I would return so she could check it for herself. I also wrote that I absolutely loved this particular fragrance and would be a devoted, regular customer. I live quite far from her location so I mailed package ($8.00) shipping. I didn't hear back, so after several days I wrote and asked if she received it. She stated she did but was very busy and would check the next day. I have never heard a thing, so very disappointed in the lack of customer service. The little $12.00 candle actually ended up costing $20.00. Thus far, I have been waiting approximately two (2) months. Unfortunately, she lost significant revenue from me. When I fall for a certain fragrance, I buy it for years.I support local businesses whenever possible; it’s too bad the owner doesn’t do the right thing.

I absolutely love her candles and will continue to buy them. However, my cousin and I went to the store during the start of the pandemic and both of us were wearing masks. She asked us, “are you guys not vaccinated?”. I played along and said, “he is, I’m not”. And she replied with, “well, you have to get vaccinated. You don’t want to be the one to get sick”. Look, please stop with that stuff. No one tells me how to live my life including the candle lady. That’s bad for business. I’m not going to elaborate on the mask issue any further, but you need to stop harassing your customers with that stuff.

Wow! I'm so excited to try out these amazing fall scents! Just picked these up and am delighted that I can get hallmark New Mexico scents locally! They ship items too for anyone in other states, craving that roasted green chile smell you can't find anywhere but New Mexico in the fall! Everyone was wonderful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I'll be back for the holidays - there are ornaments and earings, t-shirts and artwork, all very culturally representative and New Mexico true! Love this place!

Juliette is the best candle lady with an amazing story. My husband and I LOVE her New Mexico line, but all of her candles capture the scent flawlessly. Our personal favorites are the Spaniard and Pinon and Biscochito. What a lovely lady with lovely products.

I Love all the authentic New Mexican merchandise that I bought here at Enchanted Sugar inside Cottonwood Mall. Albuquerque pride shirts,snapbacks,masks with the Zia symbol and I was blessed with a beautiful set of earrings made by Cultura Corazon that I wear with pride! Thank you @ enchanted sugar for all the goodies I brought back with me. My family loved all their gifts♥️

These are the best candles. Ever. Period. I've been through most of her collection and the house always smells amazing when you are burning one of her candles. My favorite is the Pilar candle. Go give her your money, you will not regret it!
