Can't say enough great things about this business! After getting strung along by Home Depot for months, I stopped into Enchantment Carpet late on a Tuesday afternoon. Very helpful staff, great quality products, and very competitive prices. By Friday afternoon I had carpet expertly installed in a rural community 90 minutes away. A very pleasant experience, the complete opposite of what Home Depot offered.

My experience with Enchantment Carpets was excellent. I hired them to create an area rug from a carpet that I selected. I didn't want wall to wall carpeting in the room but the rug was going to have to be specially cut to work around a large kiva fireplace. Dana was my point person in the office and she was terrific. Every question and concern was followed up on in a timely manner. The team that came out the day of service was great and experienced. They cut and edge-bound the carpet in less than an hour and it looks terrific. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would not hesitate to recommend or use Enchantment again.

I originally had scheduled a carpet install with one of the big box stores. After they delayed my installation by two months, i gave enchantment a call. They were able to install my carpet next day at half the cost. I'll definitely be using them in the future

Not only did we find the perfect carpet for our new house here at a great price, they gave us an amazing deal on some top of the line vinyl flooring as well! Super friendly and attentive service, it felt like we had our own personal assistant the whole time we were there. Even the guys they sent to our house to install the flooring were awesome and did such amazing work. Will absolutely recommend this place to anyone shopping for new floors in New Mexico. And you can support a local business while you're at it!

Exceptional!! I wish all contractors were this professional! From the in store personal touch to the installment and great price, every single step we had someone with us. The salesmen kept in touch before, during AND after to make sure we were satisfied. The contractors showed up on time, were courteous and kind (every single one) and finished the job earlier than they said they would and left the place spotless! I’d recommend them to anyone!

Excellent from top to bottom! The sales lady was patient as we chose the right carpet. The owner and carpet fitters were extremely courteous and considerate as they catered to our needs and time constraints. Even while having to reschedule due to the snow.We would recommend this company to anyone considering installation of carpet. The icing on the cake was they will even move heavy furniture - such help for retirees!!Thank you Enchantment.Bill & Alison Cox

The two men who installed my new carpet did quality work and were professional and respectful of my home and me. There was a minor hiccup in scheduling but Damon addressed it immediately and took care of it.. I highly recommend Enchantment Carpet and their installers.

Thank you, Enchantment carpet your service deserves more than five stars! We had our house prepared for another carpet installer to install only to be left high and dry because they had mismeasured and did not have enough carpet. Out of sheer panic, I did a quick search and came across Enchantment carpet and flooring. Damon assured me he had plenty of carpet in stock and would be able to help us. We picked out a carpet, and he measured later that day. He worked his magic, and the installers were there the next day to start the job. The installers were respectful of our home and skillful in their work. Don’t make the mistake I made, choose Enchantment carpet first, and save yourself a headache and money!

They were friendly, helpful, responsive, and did quality work when the time came to replace our carpet, at a very fair price for the overall experience. Even in these difficult times they were (responsibly) accommodating. All the other good reviews are well-earned.
