I went to T-Mobile and had a bad experience there turned my phone back into them walked to the Verizon store and it was way better. Just even had the conversation I had with the gentleman was awesome. Definitely will go back They explained everything thoroughly help set up. The phone stayed late to even set up the phone.

I had the absolute best experience at the Verizon store thanks to Ramon! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. I came in looking for accessories for my preordered iPhone Air, and not only did he walk me through all the options, he actually demonstrated them and let me try the case on my phone to make sure it was the perfect fit.
Ramon is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does—but what really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. We connected so well, it honestly felt like I made a new friend. He made the whole process fun, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Oh—and it doesn’t hurt that he’s smart, charming and very joyful!
If you’re heading to Verizon, do yourself a favor and ask for Ramon. You’ll leave with what you need and a smile on your face.

This was one of the best experiences I've had with Verizon. The salesperson was courteous and friendly. I got in and out in record time with exactly the phone needed. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

I’m bad with names but the guy with the long hair and beard was extremely helpful. Greeted me as soon as I walked in, was very helpful, explained everything correctly and even though he had other customers he was able to multi task and help all of us without having to wait

I was so sad that my phone died, I had also heard from people that going to Verizon was truly a terrible experience so I was super wary. Well this place is great! The staff was so helpful and they saved me money! I am recommending everyone make the trip, it is well worth the drive for such a great experience.

We entered holding a phone that was not working and left with a new phone and more knowledge and understanding. Ramon was very helpful and made sure we received the best replacement and information about our plan. Really appreciate his response and patience.
