It was great not to have to leave car crafters to get my rental. It was fast and painless.

Horrible customer service, I send a lot of people to Enterprise due to accidents from my insurance agency but will avoid this location due to the terrible customer service. They cancelled my daughters car rental stating a no show with no notification or communication and when appointment was confirmed my daughter told CSR what time we would be there and when we showed up at that exact time they had cancelled our reservation stating we were a no show and did not have a vehicle, it appears as though they did not have the vehicle and just cancelled reservation.

Worst experience ever. They do not work with businesses, nor accept cards from a business. One would think that business credit payments would be accepted given multiple rentals over the years. Beware!!

600 Montaño, Albuquerque location. Worked with Landon. He was great. Excellent customer service during pick-up and drop off. Went above and beyond offering to bring me home in the shuttle even though I mentioned having a Lyft I was about to confirm. His care for the customer and providing top notch service is obvious. Give this guy a raise or promotion as soon as you can!

Nothing like getting to your destination after a long flight, with a reservation for a car, and Enterprise telling you they do not have your car available! What is the point of reserving a certain type of car if you are not going to get it??? Of course this was after waiting over an hour for a car I did not reserve. I will never reserve a car with enterprise! There are so many other rental agencies. Too bad I can't put ZERO stars

I had to get hail fixed at car crafters. Car crafters is great! The enterprise there is not. The woman who helped me was very pleasant, however, and you could tell my experience was not her fault. I drive a 2018 vw bug, arrived at 10:30a was told getting a rental car would take 30 minutes (even though I had an appointment), so I left for an appointment and told them I'd be back at 12 to pick up the car. I got back at 12 and still no car. Not only did it take SO long, but they put me in a dodge DURANGO, 19 miles in city vs my normal 28. Plus about twice the size of what I'm used to driving. I requested a different car (I don't want to risk not being comfortable and therefore getting into an accident in a rental) and the woman told me they had a corolla. Right when the dodge showed up. Whoever is driving the cars to and from the other location rolled his eyes when I requested the switch. That did not sit well. All an all I didn't leave until a little after 1pm, when I checked in at 10:30. Not happy.

I was rear-ended yesterday and the person who hit me there insurance company was willing to pay for a rental car so I could get around town. Anyway since I didn't have every single piece of information and am not wealthy they refused to work with me. They were extremely rude and I'm glad I called and didn't speak to them in the store because I probably would have lost it. Anyway I went thru another company and they helped me out tremendously. I hope to see enterprise out of business one day or at least gets better customer service. It was awful. I would rather crawl somewhere than rent a car from enterprise. Also at one point the manager on duty actually hung up the phone on me. Horrible service all around.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car does not do business for U.S. dollars. Got currency, a great driving record, and a local drivers license? Your money is NO good here. You must play footsie with the Credit Card Companies because a debit card won't do. If you choose not to do business with American Excess or Discover Bondage these folks won't do business with you and you will be treated like a dead beat. I was sent to Avis where I was able to rent a beautiful Mazda that was one sweet ride for the same price. What's in your wallet? MONEY!!! I'll never try to do business with Enterprise again. It's a sad statement about this company that they don't take money.

Beware of their insurance scam. The Manager Melody is very slick on selling insurance that you don't know you are buying. Their wording is very crafty to make you believe that you are accepting the "basic" plan that comes with the rental. What you are agreeing to is additional coverage 18.99. You aren't aware of the hit until you return the car. We sat waiting to get checked out and heard her speech which was repeated word for word for the 4 clients in front of us. Very well scripted to mislead. We refused to pay because of the deception. She reluctantly removed the charge. On a better note-- she was polite, efficient and friendly. Please don't get scammed and be very careful on what you are signing
