The team at this location are all super helpful and kind! Ozzie gave me a fantastic car to drive while mine was in the shop for two weeks. Austin, David and their team went above and beyond to help me! I’d definitely come to this location again! Thank you guys!!

Tried renting a large SUV for our trip (made reservation many, many months in advance due to our needs and miles we were to travel), but the category we picked was not available at time of pickup.When talking with the folks at the front desk, instead of apologizing and helping with the issue, they kept dismissing our needs and continued to try and convince us that we didn’t need all the room of the larger SUV.Unfortunately for their lack of customer service and apparently knowing more about my needs than myself, I will not rent with Enterprise ever again.

My Kia was vandalized and my insurance connected me with Enterprise for a rental while my car's status was being determined. From the minute I arrived the Enterprise team treated me with kindness and respect. They answered any questions I had and even extended my contract to accommodate late delivery of parts for my Kia. A hundred stars would not be enough.....can't say enough good things about Enterprise.

We rented a car for the period of one week. When we went to pick up the car, the agent, together with us, checked the vehicle over before we departed. It was discovered that the vehicle was missing a spare tire. The agent took note of it and mentioned that if we had any problems, we could call them and they would send someone out to fix the problem. Since they didn't have another vehicle, we drove that vehicle home, which was a town 30 miles away. While getting out of the car, I noticed a nail in the side wall of the left rear tire. I called enterprise. They did not have another vehicle, but suggested that we call the Enterprise location close to us and change vehicles. That location stated that they did not have car at the time, but might have one later, and they would call us. They never called.After calling the closer location the next day. they still did not have a replacement. Since the tire shop that Enterprise uses did not have a location in our town, they told me that the fastest way to resolve this problem, was for me to pay, out of my own pocket, for the repair and then they would reimburse me. Since the puncture was on the sidewall, they had to replace the tire at a cost to me of $238.79. I was also unable to use the car for three days!After 3 month and many phone call, I still have not received any reimbursement.This all could have been avoided if they would have had the spare in the car.RA#647448 Ref#1YB7RXUpdate:After posting this review, Enterprise did contact me and stated that they would look into the matter. At that point, I called the local office and asked when we would receive our reimbursement. He stated that they would contact the main office and look into it. A week later he called me back and said that the check is on its way.Jan 2, 2024 (3 1/2 months after the incident)We finally did receive the full reimbursement for the tire we had to buy.We DID NOT receive ANY compensation for the 3 days that we we unable to use the rental car.This leads me to believe that we would have been charged for a whole week, for an undrivable car, if WE had not taken the initiative to get the car fixed.I guess it's my fault for assuming that I was renting a drivable vehicle, for the entire rental period.

It's always a pleasure using Enterprise. Never had an issue until this last rental. The vehicle had cupping on the tires and had a vibration. I took it to the nearest open Enterprise service in another state and they gave me a new vehicle. No hassle at all. I was right back on the road. Thank you.

Fantastic experience!! Ana was great picking me up and assisting with my rental. Wish I knew the drivers name who brought me home after dropping off the car. Just wonderful!!

My rental car experience was amazing at the Lomas Enterprise car rental. I worked with Ozzie, and he was very kind and professional! I would highly recommend this location if you are doing business or fun travel. Mine was for business. I will continue to go to this site from now on. James is the manager, and he has a great team at this location.

This is the first Enterprise I’ve been to (post Covid) that was fully staffed, clean, had cars readily available, and where everyone was actively and quickly doing their job.We were so impressed with everyone at this Enterprise.Also, they actually answer the phone if you need to call them.Highly recommend!
