I’d never used Enterprise before my truck broke down on me in the middle of a busy workweek. From the first moment I walked in Christopher explained everything and was patient with answering all of my questions.Throughout my rental period I called a few times with questions and I specifically remember Devin being helpful and patient. I needed to extend my rental and had zero issues. At the time of turn in Colin and Chad were quick with the process and happy to help.While I hope to not need a rental anytime soon, it’ll definitely be Enterprise if the need arises!

Chad, Colin, and Devin are all awesome! Great people!They took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable with the car before taking. On return, they were just as awesome! I’ll be renting from them in the future!

Reserved a vehicle and showed up and they said they had no vehicles. Told us we could wait all day for a vehicle that their website showed available. Customer service is bad. All the guy said was we don’t have any vehicles right now. They didn’t try to call another location for a vehicle. This is not the 1st time we’ve had issues at this location. Definitely will not be back here.

I dealt with the staff at this location for years picking up vehicles for work, and they were always helpful and courteous. Vehicle selection was sometimes hit or miss, but overall they worked to get us what we needed. One time I found a gun under the driver's seat of my rental. That made for an interesting day. Never change, Albuquerque!

So my experience was horrible. The first car the lent me needed an oil change and they let me drive off knowing the car needed an oil change. They did upgrade the car but also let me me drive off with expired tags since December of 2022. Where I live they towed the car for that reason and I was kindly enough to take out of the towing yard. Here it's been 3 weeks and they keep telling me they are gonna reimburse me but the check they said they mailed off hasn't arrived. I've been waiting patiently and they just keep telling me that they are gonna mail 3 to 5 business days. I never complain but this is ridiculous. I guess I'm gonna have to call corporate or my lawyer. Like I said I've had a lot of patience. Maybe I should have left the car in the towing yard

I was in a wreck and my insurance company (USAA) set up a rental car with this Enterprise location. I spoke with someone at Enterprise to confirm and he emailed me a confirmation number. When I showed up for the vehicle the young lady working a desk said she did not have any vehicles available and would not have one until 2 days later. No offer for any additional assistance in finding one. Just stated flatly that was the case and nothing could be done.

Yvette truly represents hospitality and customer care. Even when I was inconvenienced with a rental during the holidays, she made my experience fantastic and really turned my mood around. Every time I go in she is who I ask for! She chatted me up while I waited for some funds to transfer and it reminded me to take a moment and enjoy life even the inconvenient parts. She’s truly a wonderful employee and individual! She is the main reason I go to this location and always will as long as she is there!

I had my vehicle stolen. My insurance company went with enterprise for the rental vehicle. I first called Enterprise to confirm the reservation. They said they would confirm the information and this location would call me back in about 30 minutes. I waited 40 and no call. So I called the location and immediately got a representative who then said he would check what cars were available. I then waited on hold for 25 minutes. When someone got back, they immediately hung up the phone!

Only Enterprise that was helpful during my trip across country. Had to swap out a car and they were very helpful. The person that checked in the car had a great energy. The manager (?) had his little jokes ready.

My experience with Enterprise was excellent! I booked thru Costco so the vehicle was booked at great price! The vehicle was a Toyota Camery slick looking with a cold cold cold ac; unfortunately the tire was faulty so Enterprise traded it for Chrysler Pacifica we didn't get good gas mileage but the vehicle was clean and fast. Plus we got a discount.

Helpful staff and reliable cars. Never had a problem with them, and that is saying a lot about car rentals. Prices are fair and keeping with the current market. Recommend for sure.
