At this point, I’m not sure if I’ll ever get my package. Was supposed to be delivered on Monday… It’s Sunday. On the phone on Friday, Estes blamed Home Depot, but said it “would be there today.” It did NOT arrive! Tracking states they have “attempted delivery” multiple times, which is a bold-faced lie, according to multiple security cameras on our property. They haven’t been here. They know where we are located because they delivered a package here 2 weeks ago. Home Depot has given me a $100 discount for their negligence. That’s nice, but will the package ever get here???

We are extremely disappointed in the services so far with using Estes. We need to have this resolved as soon as possible.
We have missed our launch due to this. Our shipment is missing, we have called multiple times and been given different stories of what is occurring. Nothing factual and we have never received a call back from Estes services when we have called to inquire.

Ben & Ava at the ABQ terminal went way out of their way to fix a shipping quote issue I had. Ava was GREAT, kind & polite. Ben was very understanding and worked to fix the issue to my satisfaction. Beyond customer service, exceptional service. 5 STARS!

The lady 3 times I've had something sent to me through this company it's never been delivered. I've always had to go and get it myself. Worst shipping company in the country

They do not call. They do not ship without prompting. They have equipment failure. Their customer service cannot provide consistent information. They do not answer calls and drop people who are on hold.
This company needs significant upgrades and should not be trusted.

They have had my compressor for over a week. I had to call them to initiate delivery.
The day of delivery, I called before 8am and told them my hours were 8-4 and was told I would get it delivered before noon. At 1 pm I called back again. I was told I would be the drivers next stop. 3 hours later and its closing time for my office. These people are not the professionals they claim to be. I think they'll tell you whatever just to get you off the phone.
I'm sure they will will say their sorry and have an excuse to this review.

It’s one thing to miss a shipment, it happens. However, the total lack of in interest in identifying the missing shipment is a testament to their absolute lack of accountability and extremely poor customer service. Despite numerous phone calls about a missing large pallet worth several thousand dollars, the only response I get was to contact the shipper to ship a replacement!!

This people got me out of work twice without a notice that they changed the delivery date and time for 2 products I bought from homedepot online. I really don't know why homedepot use these people. They don't have any ethics nor professionalism. I am not buying from homedepot online anymore. If they don't have in stock at the store, I will just go somewhere else.

I just spoke with Ava at this terminal in regards to an interline company that listed wrong pro numbers on my BOL's. This was around $5000.00 worth of un accounted for freight. She went above and beyond. This young lady's service should be what all trucking companies strive for. She found the problem and corrected it providing me with all the correct information. Ava outstanding job! Estes is very lucky to have you on their team!!

This is the worst company for customer service. They were supposed to deliver my package a month ago and I heard nothing. I had to reach out through Home Depot to get ahold of them.
They did not text the day before to schedule a time frame and promised, and then expected me to be home the next day within 30 minutes and no warning. The driver was very rude. I had to miss an appointment to accommodate them.

I had been waiting for a very delayed shipment. Once I learned it had arrived, I was easily able to contact them and have them hold it on their dock so I could pick it up myself instead of waiting for the scheduled delivery date. They were very helpful and personable. A good experience.
