The driver was able to deliver to my husband work and put it in his truck I guess we can say they tried*if you have a choice choose another company they are not able to drive their trucks to drop of your order their driver tried to leave a $5000 order on the street because they are told not to turn around in my driveway. Because the driver could get hung up on a hill. We have large water trucks delivering water and they have no trouble. The delivery driver said they will cut his pay if he gets stuck which he would not.

I am a small company. So we have it set up for the delivery company to schedule a delivery appointment ahead of time to make sure we have someone at the warehouse. Estes seems to be the only one who refuses to make an appointment, then lies on the bol about having an appointment, and then just leaves my stuff out in the open for anyone to take. I know we don't matter to them because we are a small company, I just want people to be informed about what they are getting with this company.

Estes Express delivered our range hood; they communicated via text &/or email. Box is in good shape (we haven't opened it).The only problem was communication about time of delivery: text and email gave different days, but when I called and the office gave correct time window, and driver called 30 mins ahead as promised,.

My package has been with Estes since Nov 4th. I called and the agent is supposed to reach out to me. But I mean come on, a week sitting in Albuquerque? That's ridiculous and I wish the military base didn't use this service. I'm going to reach out and see if the base can consider switching to UPS, FedEx or USPS. At least I know it would have been here by now. Package was picked up in CA on the 1st of November. It's not like my package is coming from over seas or anything. All I see that keeps getting updated with Estes is they keep pushing my delivery date up. It was supposed to be delivered the 4th, now it states the 15th. I'm so frustrated right now!! I also tried emailing with my PTO number 2 days ago and still have not heard anything.

Great company but cancelled our lift gate service without telling us. We got a refund quickly but it was a big pain. All in all I'd continue to use Estes.

Horrible service, worse customer service. Been waiting over 5 days over scheduled delivery for a bed frame with no useful tracking or updates. Worse company service ever!

What a joke. When you are on hold they talk about how great they are and how they go the "extra mile." Actually they are not equipped to deliver to many places. The dispatcher lied to me about the size of his truck. They don't have gas powered pallet rigs to take things up a tricky driveway, only hand operated. They only have semis, no other vehicles. What a joke. They asserted they could make my delivery and they absolutely could not, costing me valuable time and great disappointment. I still don't have my stuff.

They do contract work for hayneedle and can't deliver a case of water if hired. They lose freight, promise delivery days, weeks of lies via text, email and phone. Every phone call, email, national support number screams this company is scam. They would send notices via email, text and call saying item is on truck and then not deliver it. This happened for nearly 3 weeks. People in office would say item is lost and they can't find it same time of getting messages it's out for delivery. NM Attorney General needs to investigate them. Easily one of the worst companies operating in NM. Their operational business plan could be out performed by a prek class. Avoid them at all cost.

This is the worst LTL freight company in the country. Absolutely no customer service for residential deliveries they don't even deliver the freight. They hand it off to an independent contractor and won't even give you the number to contact that contractor. It sits on their dock for days getting beat up and by the time you get the freight it looks like hammered s***I ordered a high-end fire pit by the time I got it it was destroyed. Now I'm waiting on a high-end pellet grill that arrived Albuquerque a week ago and I still have not been contacted for delivery because it's sitting on some contractors dock getting beat up transferred from trailer to trailer and I can just imagine what it's going to look like when I get it if you order anything online that's shipped LTL freight request the shipper to ship it with anybody but Estes freight!

Haven't received our package yet for attended door delivery. Package arrived over the weekend in ABQ. Called Monday 8am expecting delivery and to confirm delivery time and was told the next delivery was Tuesday. we are only in Rio Rancho. 12.2 miles away as per google maps. I asked if we can pick it up and how to do it if we decide to . "you can swing by anytime before 6pm if you have the time". my wife and i decided against it since we paid for door shipping and we received the date and time confirmation delivery later that morning . The time of delivery by the way is 8AM to 4PM and not a specific time for Tuesday. I call Tuesday AM to give instructions on the gate keypad and the same lady(the same shipping clerk that answers the phone) i spoke to had immediately cancelled delivery for Tuesday after our conversation on Monday and so now we have to wait another day on delivery of something they have had for the past 3 days. Note I did not confirm picking it up myself just asking about it and the delivery appointment e mail was sent AFTER our conversation. We are supposed to examine the box and contents before taking delivery and signing for it. i have no idea how big the box is also. eager as we were to get our item, we decided to just wait for another extra day of delivery.the company seems too eager to save on final mile delivery even if door delivery was what was paid for . I am copying this and sending it to the vendor i bought my stuff from.
