I walked in just now since I haven’t shopped here in a while. No one even acknowledged me and there were four employees standing behind the counter one of which was on her phone. I made eye contact with two of them and no one even bothered to stop their conversation and walk from behind the counter to see if I needed anything. Express used to always have too notch customer service, this was disappointing at the least.

Got my son fitted up for a suit and all went very well despite the store being busy the customer service is outstanding. So happy because that’s hard to find.

Best service ever! After a long illness/recovery I decided to finally go shopping for myself. Angela and Aspen were amazing. It was a busy weekend and they still took the time to go that extra mile. Thank you Angela and Aspen for being so kind and helpful. I will definitely be shopping there again.

I truly despise this store. I was just here and will loath ever going back. The marketing is misleading, the staff is lackluster, no one looks like they want to be there and the staff do not listen to customers. The store front has "70% OFF" in big letters on the men's side of the store, but only women's clothing qualifies for that discount. When I went to checkout and asked which items are 70% off, the cashier was rude and almost lifeless. The price on one of the shirts came out incorrectly, and as I began to say the shirts in that closet have marketing of 50% off, she interrupted me mid sentence to say it's not part of the sale. There is literally marketing showing "50% off Shirts" in multiple closets with the shirts. When I asked to have my receipt e-mailed, the cashier printed it instead because she was too focused on getting me out of the store. Based on multiple other reviews on this store, it's clear they need a new team who actually wants to work for the company instead of just collecting a paycheck. The current staff doesn't care about customers and almost always look like they hate their jobs. I've only ever had one gentleman who has given me a genuine connection, but that's it.

To whom it may concern,My family and I consistently shop at the Express on 10000 Coors Blvd NW, Abq, NM 87114. Express has always been our store to go to when it comes to not only work clothes but everyday clothes. Sadly, this past weekend 10/16 was one of our worst experiences we ever had with one particular associate by the name of Luci/Lucy. This associate was extremely rude when it came to answering a simple question and refused to help us. We honestly felt belittled by her as we watched her treat others with friendliness. We had simply asked her at the register as she was scanning our merchandise if a pair of pants were on sale. She answered in a manner as if she was annoyed and said the pants were 60% off. I asked if she can calculate how much it would be. She ignored my question and again said in a firm tone, "it's 60% off"! We took off and walked back inside to get her name . She rudely mumbled and said "Lacy". Now, she wasn't wearing a name tag. Me and my husband decided to confirm her name with two other associates who were at the registers and they both said her name is Luci/ Lucy. I've never met a person who was capable of lying about her name. She has short black hair and was wearing a black mask at the time. I truly hope this gets addressed as No One! Should be treated this way. As a result we strongly feel the need to find a different Express to shop at.

Their new store manager was rude to me. She talked to me like I was stupid and wasn't much help. I've came to this location for years and management was always nice but I'll be going to Coronado from now on.

I want there yesterday and was the only customer in the store, I believe. The 2 female employees stayed behind the counter the entire 15 minutes I was there, texting. They never greeted me or approached me at all.Absolutely shameful. Surprised they're still open with that lack of service.

This express store has been absolutely disappointing. Rude associates especially the one who is tall and white , I don’t know her name . If she doesn’t like her job maybe she should find a different one instead of being so salty.

Don't waste your time visiting this store. I made an online purchase. I made the return request and they sent me a receipt where it says to visit the nearest Express store for the return. When I went they told me that I could not return the items in this store. I had to go to the Coronado Center to make the return. I recommend everyone to better visit the Coronado Center store for better customer service.

I really like this place for the clothing and prices. Since this is their outlet location the cost of their clothing is much cheaper than going to the Coronado location. I was able to purchase a total of 4 Dress shirts, 3 pair of dress slacks, 3 tee's and 4 pair of dress socks. When I was looking for the T-shirts that were not V-neck style I approached one of the representatives and he directed me to the drawers that were under the tables and presented some of the classic style shirts. They had some nice colours and I really like the material. It didn't take very long to check out. The representative was helpful and offered me the option to use my Express cash before it expoires on July 1 2021. I haven't had a bad experience at this location but I find the staff is not usually the first to approach you first to find how they can help out. When I go to other locations or stores similar I'm usually approached by someone to assist with sizes or styles. Overall it was a good experience.

Idk what her name is. But she’s super rude. First time I asked for a fitting room, she didn’t look up at me she just sighed super loud and walked over to open it. We went the next day and I didn’t want to ask her so I had my husband ask her for a fitting room and she completely ignored us, when we asked again she gave us attitude. And they left the security tag on the dress I bought lol we had to go back.

Rude employees, and even though we were nice they left the security tag on something we bought and it honestly seemed like it was on purpose because we asked for a fitting room twice because they didn’t help us the fist time.

I bought two items on two separate occasions, and twice I had to make a trip back to the store for the security device to be removed from my items. I never thought that these sale associates would be hired to be thoroughly trained than to be incompetent.
