The units are secure and maintained. I signed up online for $70/month. I moved my stuff into my unit. A few months later, I received a letter stating that my rate had increased to $129/month. The website is showing the same size unit available at $56/month. I'm moving my stuff out and will choose a local business. $129 for a small unit is very expensive.

Jennifer was great help. She immediately called me after I got set up to welcome me to having a storage unit, letting me know if I need anything to contact her. We spoke about some things that the call center had told me that was incorrect, and she will get with her manager to make it right and get my refund. She was very informative.

I had a storage unit here before and I came to downsize and Reba helped me out with Moving me into a smaller unit and since I made the reservation online, it made me pay for a lock and a pair of keys.and Reba asked if I payed for keys I said yes, but I didn't need them due to the fact that I was just moving storage unit So she gave me a A credit to my account for the price of the lock saved me 20$ thanks Reba For your great customer service and quick service, if that
