I came on October 27th at 10:15 am to get an emissions test. There was a car in the bay so I waited behind them. When the car finished, the guy working put the cone back and left me sitting in my car for 5 minutes or so. I got out of the car and approached the bay and he came out and threw his hands up at me and told me he was waiting on me and I should have known he was ready. I responded I still saw the cone in the bay and I thought maybe you were finalizing paperwork and you were going to waive me in. His response was it didn’t seem like I was waiting for a test. Umm what? Sir, I don’t have time for this back and forth. I have a lot of other things to do. Absolutely terrible customer service. And so much for “fastest emissions”. What a joke. Talking to people is half the job. This guy working was unprofessional. Of course, I forgot to get his name. I’m sure it can be figured out quickly if anyone cares. Myself and any of my family or friends definitely won’t ever go back to this company. Ever.

Carlos Munoz, was courteous and professional. I had come in for a retest and he told me what their recommendation was after doing a car repair in regard to emissions testing. He let me know that was the possibility it could fail and he wanted to make sure I was good with doing the test, to which I said yes. My vehicle did end up passing. Nonetheless I did appreciate that Carlos was looking out for customer before doing the retest rather than just blindly going through the motions.

Got a phone call from a doctor while in the bay and was dealing with that when the attendant gave me the paperwork and riddled off something. I asked him to repeat it and he asked if I heard or didn't understand what he said. I told him I didn't hear all of it and he only repeated part of it and walked off. Rude attendant. I realized later that its the end of the month and the attendant must be stressed.

William had me in and out. Conducted himself professionally and gave me information on contact mvd to notify of completion of emissions test to avoid my registration from being cancelled. Eubank location.

Did emissions test today. John was very pleasant, easy going. He told me the price right up front and had me in and out in about 10 minutes. I make a point to come to this location because I've always had excellent service here.
