if You can avoid using FedEx. I would go to the UPS down the road. The customer service here is beyond terrible, the only shining star is Arlis, outside of that, don't waste your time.

Yesterday a Navajo artist, a friend of mine, carried a sealed box into this facility to ship to me. It was not a large box and it contained half a dozen paintings on artist boards, so it would not have weighed more than 8 pounds. The man on duty insisted that the box be opened and that each painting be put in a separate box for shipping, and he refused to speak to me on the phone to explain. I consider this grossly unfair and manipulative, and would never use this FedEx facility again.
