I don't know when I've ever been so disappointed. Their tracking system is a joke and their customer service is worse they're famous for giving incorrect information. After a little over three weeks of waiting for my TV delivery, I got in my car and picked it up myself. I have many other incidents.... I'm not a FedEx fan.
